this has design issues

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this mouse may work with surface devices however the specs says it not a requirement & the support issues are there without resolution. however if you're like me and desire a "touch" enable mouse (basically a touch pad on the top surface of a mouse like that of apple's great mouse), this is the best i've seen .. just have to live with reconnecting this thing every time you want to use it. it's a pain but i'm so used to using a mac so...

Does not snap to turn off or arch the way it is supposed to when in “on” position. In order to turn off the mouse to save battery I have to take one out. It still works as a mouse so at least it can still serve its purpose.
