Works great but got disconnected and would not reconnect. I tried everything that was suggested online and nothing work. I gave up and bought a different mouse.

this mouse works amazing with my laptop! I do think you should make it a little cheaper in price just so more people would buy it. but other besides that i think it is way better than an apple mouse! this mouse has made the work i do on my laptop go so much quicker, i also love how it can fold back down to a small size so it is easily accessible and doesn’t take up too much space in your bag and you can bring it everywhere you take your laptop.

Needed a new mouse for my computer. This is a great option since it is bluetooth and doesn't take up a USB port.

I bought this because it's pretty and feels nice to hold. I like the snap on/off functionality; it's super slick and travels well when flat, far better than the usual bulbous mouse. The matte texture feels good, though my palm has rubbed the left edge shiny in the almost four months I've had it and used it for my full-time job, so it's not super friction-proof. I love that the front end has all the functionality of a touchpad in terms of multi-finger and horizontal scrolling, as that makes a big difference when doing design work and navigating documents which scroll both ways. But this isn't my favorite mouse ever in terms of performance, not by far, and it's priced well beyond what it's worth in that regard. It seems to occasionally lag and have issues with latency, like the connection between it and my laptop just isn't working so hot. I find I have to click things multiple times to confirm input here and there. It's not low on battery. It just seems to struggle a little. It's not so bad that I'm consistently annoyed or willing to spend more money to replace this expensive mouse, but it's maybe every couple days that we have a little hiccup and I'm mildly bothered while working from home (reviewing well into COVID for context, bought this just before WFH started).

Don't let the name "Surface Arc Mouse" fool ya... this mouse pairs and works great with 2 different laptops and 2 different chromebooks. Sorry Microsoft, but a mouse by any other name works just as sweet! Great for traveling as the flat shape fits into just about any pocket, purse, or pouch. No more "mouse bump" in the laptop case or chromebook sleeve. The touch panel takes a little getting used to, but works great for up-down and left-right on office documents and browsers. No 'pinch' or 'zoom' that I have discovered yet, but that's not a major problem. I have enjoyed taking out the mouse while it is flat and holding it up to my ear, say "hello" and then hand it to a friend and tell them "it's for you" to see what they do next... LOL and it's more than "just a mouse."

Incredibly compact and mobile. Love that it turns off when made flat. Has a great soft feel.

My wife bought this because she is now use to using this type of mouse and is comfortable for her hand.

I was surprised how much I would enjoy and appreciate this mouse. The fact it can have a low profile on my bag and convert to a form fitting mouse is awesome!

love this! fits perfect in my hand and i love how it flatens out for easier travel. Easy and strong bluetooth connections too.

This is my 2nd one. Great mouse, convenient to carry around, bery durable! I purchased open box too expensive for full price!

This is a very good mouse. Nothing fancy, just well built and functional. It especially good if you do any traveling.

I purchased this mouse to try and lighten up the weight in my current daily use backpack as every ounce counts. The mouse performs well but I did have to take some time to get used to the feel of it coming from a full sized mouse (Microsoft Sculpt mouse).

Great mouse very responsive, easily to transport, and compact. But a little pricey.

This is for my wife, I have one too. These are responsive and comfortable. The batteries last forever. I have been very happy with this. No need for a dongle, they just work. quickly flips flat to turn off, but really I never do that unless traveling. The battery still stays charged. Basically I am very happy with this. Glad there are no cracks or openings on it for debris and junk to get into it.

Convinced this is the one Microsoft hardware product worth buying. Not for everyone, but I love this mouse.

I purchased this mouse on a whim because I wanted the whole color set for my Surface Pro 4. But, turned out to be more functional than I expected. It tracks well over any semi smooth surface, wherever you end up, you will find something that will work. The buttons act like a track pad as far as being able to scroll up/down AND left/right. Pretty cool for maneuvers while making designs, painting or just browsing. If you have the pen and track pad that comes with the type cover then I don't really find myself using it often, it often just gets in the way or I find myself using the track pad because I simply forgot about it.

If you need a mouse for a laptop or Surface Pro, etc., this is a nice device: easy to set up, compact, and very lightweight.

I saw this mouse on a random website review and I had to have it. Best Buy had it in stock AND it was on sale at the time. I got it for a steal and it is super convenient. I mainly use it as my travel mouse since it folds nice and flat, and it is incredibly convenient. Connects quickly every single time, and though it uses batteries instead of being rechargeable, the battery life has been fantastic so far, mostly I’m sure due to the fact that once I’m done I flatten it out and it lowers down automatically. Very happy with my purchase!
