This mouse is comfortable and tracks well. There is no switch. When you adjust it for use, it turns itself on. It found my computer in seconds. I have carpal tunnel and this mouse is the most comfortable I have ever use.

Fairly easy integration with the Surface Pro. I find it mostly easy to use. I don't use a mousepad so in some cases it doesn't flow as nicely as I'd like on some surfaces that other mice do better on. As with all Surface accessories it is overpriced. The best feature to me is the fold flat for off and arc for on. When flat/off it is the lowest profile mouse I know of which is great for transporting it. It also has a nice form factor so it looks stylish if that's important to you.

Bought this mouse to replace another mouse that was too flat and hurt my hand. This mouse works really well and I’ve gone months without having to replace the batteries. The Bluetooth connection is great also. It doesn’t disconnect/reconnect frequently like others I’ve purchased.

Love this mouse so much. I use it everyday for work and the battery life has lasted so long. I’ve only changed the batteries once since I’ve gotten it. I got an open box and have had absolutely no problems.

I bought this mouse as an alternative to my Magic Mouse because I was getting hand cramps. This mouse is great! It's very comfortable for a bigger hand like mine, it's very smooth, and folds up to fit into a small pocket in a bag. I really love the mouse. Only reason for 4 stars is that the bluetooth is finicky sometimes and randomly disconnects for a couple seconds, but it comes right back. I'm not surprised because it is a Microsoft mouse paired to a Mac. But overall it's a great mouse!

This bluetooth mouse is convenient, does not require a plug-in (dongle) and works most of the time when you learn to use it; there are not obvious buttons so there can be a learning curve to get used to the surface. My only complaint is that the buttons do not always work. I don't know why. When I plug my wi-fi mouse back in, I have no problems. I really don't want to you the only USB port for my mouse so I use this bluetooth mouse and the touchscreen when the mouse fails.

Love the ease of this mouse, it lays flat for storing and is very comfortable when in use. It can bend to fit your hand. I have one, my husband has one, my son and daughter have ordered theirs. We are very happy with these.

The old Arc Mouse was not as good. I had problems with the left clicker on the old mouse. It stopped working and I had to toss 1 old Arc Mice. Too expensive to repair. And I still have the other one that has a left clicker problem. I am not happy! Best Buy should do something about this! Looks like a reoccurring problem. The new mouse is great so far. I am a little perturbed about the pricing. Apparently, the price differs on the color. This is not a good strategy. I bought 2 new Arc Mice in burgundy. I really wanted 1 ice blue and 1 cobalt blue. Went to my local Best Buy and they wanted to charge me an extra $26.00 to exchange 1 burgundy for 1 ice blue. No way. It's crazy! The burgundy color was the least expensive color at about $50.00/new Arc Mouse.

Overall, this is a great, portable mouse that fits easily in my small Surface Pro carrying case without bulk. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it lacks the function of depressing a scroll wheel, which I use with some software. The frustrating part is that I asked about this specifically in the store before purchasing it. You have scrolling functionality (which the sales person may have thought I meant) by using the track pad on the mouse.

Loved this mouse so much, I bought 2! Hate the fact that I had to buy two. Would be so much better if it could be switched between multiple devices. Obviously I could go into device settings and switch bluetooth, but I just have a dedicated mouse for my work and personal computer. At least they're color matched? Otherwise, stays connected, moves smoothly, does what it's supposed to do.

The Surface Arc is extremely comfortable to use ..this is my second MS mouse and this one is upgraded. The bluetooth connection is a real plus. Good value overall.

I was surprised with this mouse. I was unsure on getting it but needed a new one for work. With the ability to turn it off by laying it out flat, makes it perfect to fit in a back pack. It did take a day or two to get used to it, as well as making a few adjustments to the speed I am really happy with this purchase.

I bought this mouse to replace my old arc mouse that final stopped working. Having such great luck with my previous mouse I figured I’d give this one a try. So far it’s been good. I’m happy that I can Lou don’t have to plug in a Bluetooth adapter with my mouse. Only complaint I have is sometimes it seems like it goes into hibernation mode while I’m using it. Typically this isn’t a huge deal and doesn’t cause any delay completing my work.

I bought this only because it was easily thrown in my back pack. To be honest I was worried after reading some of the reviews but ended up being pleasantly surprised. The fact it lays flat helps make it easily transported. It is responsive and for the most part comfortable. I found if you try to hold it like a regular mouse it is uncomfortable but holding it off to the side and it isn’t that bad.

Great mouse, the touch pad makes it like apples magic mouse, just wish it came with its own USB/bluetooth doggle, my computer is too old does not have blue tooth and a bluetooth adaptor won’t connect unless it is one specific to the device
