Then the install issues were another story...we don't mfg has to install....then they said yes we will instaLL. had to wait for 3 weeks for them to tell use oh I'm sorry we can't install yours. It's a great mouse for me because it's ergonomic, versatile, and able to be connected to up to 3 computers. With the push of a button I'm able to toggle between whatever computer I'm using at the time. Using this with the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center gives additional customization and functionality.

Also ordering it for pickup was simple and easy, only took me about 30 minutes before I was back home and using it.

To me this absurd because many (most?) desktops do not have built in bluetooth. In MS's defense, when you expand the description on Best Buy's website it does mention it doesn't come with a dongle. Regardless I will be returning this even though it seems like a great mouse.

Sometimes the cursor stops moving, as other reviews have mentioned. It may require new batteries. I just installed the Duracell batteries that came with the Microsoft Ergonomic Mouse. Never had any mouse that didn't occasionally seize up. Hence the 4 stars. Connected fast via Bluetooth. Like how this mouse works with the Microsoft Designer Keyboard in Glacier.
