Every so often it won't connect to the laptop, but it says that the mouse is pared. Even if you try to reset the mouse with the button on the bottom, it still won't work. So, you need to delete the connection and find the mouse again for it work.

The built quality is good and feels very comfortable but the one I receive was defective. Had to return it right away. Had difficulty connecting to my computer.

It's a nice mouse but the click button is too loud. I returned it.

after such a wonderful experience working with my new Surface Pro, i was genuinly excited about "accessorizing" so i purchased more Microsoft toys, amongst them this mouse. What a "stab in the back" dissapointment, it clicks so noisily people turn and glare at you. why wreck my Surface romance to save a few pennies??

Really solid mouse for a really good price. I have been looking for a full Bluetooth mouse, one that doesn't use the USB-port plugin. This mouse can connect up to 3 devices without the port plugin. It's really smooth to move around and the scrolling wheel is very nice and solid. The thumb rest area is very nice and smooth. The coating on the mouse is nice and great to the touch. Clicking is pretty good, but solid and consistent. I'm not a huge fan of the sound or click, but it's not bad by any means. I'm used to more of a gaming mouse type of click, but this isn't a gaming mouse. I wanted an ergonomically mouse, but were appalled by the prices on some other brands like Logitech. So, this price for me was perfect and I still get the premium feel of different brands. I'm using this on my Microsoft Surface Laptop 3, and I'm not sure what connectivity would be like on a MacBook.

Works fine - but certainly this isn't a premium mouse.

horrible...open box refridg was used and has 6 dings all up the front corner. Then the install issues were another story...we don't mfg has to install....then they said yes we will instaLL. had to wait for 3 weeks for them to tell use oh I'm sorry we can't install yours. NEVER AGAIN

Umcomfortable to use and bluetooth doesnt stay connected no matter how many settings i adjusted.

I have two of these. One for work and this one that bought based on experience. It's a great mouse for me because it's ergonomic, versatile, and able to be connected to up to 3 computers. With the push of a button I'm able to toggle between whatever computer I'm using at the time. Using this with the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center gives additional customization and functionality.

Ordered a new one but received a used with opened box!!

Great mouse - I love using it and it’s especially nice since it glides well even without a pad. Also ordering it for pickup was simple and easy, only took me about 30 minutes before I was back home and using it.
