Wasted money since it costs more to send it back when you factor in postage and time off work. Now I have a useless mouse and must buy another and wait for it to ship. Great.

Nice Mouse... Poor BT Response.

There's an extreme lag, especially if you haven't moved the mouse after a couple seconds... sometimes you have to look for your curser (pointer) all the way across the screen.

Worked for 2 months

After re-installs, driver updates and countless bluetooth checks it will not work. Its frustrating to have to buy protection for something that should actually work for a decent amount of time. I wish I'd bought a mouse from Costco, the return policy makes more sense.

was great and now it is dead?

This was a great item and all of a sudden it is dead. I reloaded drivers and tried to restart by removing the blue tooth connection but nothing is working. Of course today is Easter and you are not open, but please advise me what my next step is????
