Jumpy Screen – Not Fun

I did try online help with no luck. I would recommend this to a friend only if they were computer savvy. I am returning the keyboard and mouse.

Microsoft Key Board & Mouse wireless

Scrolling up or down on its own. The letters on the keys will fade and then your keys will not even register when typing sometimes. Poor product for Microsoft.

not user friendly

It is supposed to be Win 10 compatible. Most new keyboards automatically download the drivers, but this one requires you to actually do a download. I eventually switched to a high end Logitech which I like so much more

Tiny control button to make room for windows key

If you do a lot of copy and pasting I would get a different kb. I wish MS sold the mouse by itself as it is one of the best ambi mice around.
