Some key strokes will not register. I am having to get used to the different action

like the keyboard, but i wished it had lights to tell you when the cap locks is on

I really liked the display model in the store and purchased this one. When I got home with it, the quality didn't seem very good. I wasn't a fan of the "feel" of the keys on the keyboard and the mouse wasn't as ergonomic as my last Logitech. In addition the scroll on the mouse felt cheap. It went back to the store...

The mouse is a little to bulky. If smaller it would fit in my hand better

Good keyboard BUT there is no light to advise if Caps are on or off..

Terrible item. Do not buy, keyboard and mouse doesn’t connect any more. Pay over $60 and last under 45 days. Expect more from Microsoft item. Will go back to Logitech. They are awesome.

Only tried the mouse and that was "jumpy" so returned the whole thing

Cursor is unstable while using mouse and keyboard doesn't work properly

I loved the previous version of this keyboard and mouse combo but after years some of the keys stopped working. I replaced it with this version and I cannot tell you how frustrating it is... the mouse and keyboard will lose connection several times a day if I am lucky and about 15 times a day normally. Sometimes it will lose connection with a key stuck so I have to go back and delete 50 lines of a's once I get it connected again. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers several times but nothing seems to work.

Printer seems to be a good one for the price only had a few days

I needed the wireless feature of the keyboard and I really wanted the natural/ergonomic feature. All functions beautifully and works as hoped for. Highly recommended.

If you don't need an indicator light to let you know that you a have the CAP LOCK or NUMBER LOCK turned on - then this may be for you. But if you need those features - then this isn't the keyboard for you.

Getting a low rating due to their not being any installation instructions included and Microsoft website support for this product gives instructions not relative to product. It actually seems to be a discontinue product. Have not tried to "guess" at installation and may very well return unit to Best Buy. Other events have not allowed time to experiment. Purchased to replace same keyboard periodically deciding that a key can be repeated over and over and over and over.......

This product disconnects daily and I have to restart my computer each time I want to get it re-connected. I would not recommend purchasing this product

The keyboard seems to be made well, however, it was not comfortable or easy to type on. The keys are smaller than other boards, and placed close together. It was hard for me to get used to typing on it. I ended up returning it. Try typing on it before you buy.

It would be better if there was a stronger signal.

Only had for 2 years and mouse no longer works keyboard letters started fading less than a year and box wasn’t taped like someone returned it

I loved the feel of it and I was really excited to use it but I couldn't get the keyboard to sync with my desktop. My desktop isn't brand new but I assumed the this set used a unifying receiver like the Logitech combos. Not true

Great design and comfortable, but drops ket strokes and mouse needa to be really close to fob. Like 18 inches from fob. Missed key strokes on occasion.
