nice keyboard but not compatible with windows 10. will give you error message and continue to reboot computer. unplug usb drive (makes it wireless) and you get no errors. tried it on 2 an acer and gateway with the same result.

Everything worked fine for the first few hours. Later, the mouse began to lag and then started to freeze. Then the keyboard started to have the same issues. This keyboard has a very nice set-up but it doesn't work. I tried all the online suggestions to get it to reset and to work but nothing helped. I would not recommend this keyboard/mouse set.

This keyboard was kind of loud upon typing, and very UN-ergonomic for someone with large hands. You know what they say about typists with large hands, right?? They need a wider spread out keyboard than this one.

The mouse is Not compatible with my computer, HP desktop does not recognize the mouse, the keyboard work ok

I would rate this higher if my BT receiver hadn’t been so big it broke off when I moved my keyboard. MS doesn’t sell replacement BT receivers. I ended up buying a competitors KB combo.

I personally did not like this keyboard at all. Returned for a different one. Nothing was wrong with it. Just not for me.

Many times I have to retype because keyboard does not respond and the mouse is all over the screen at time. Thinking about going back to wired.

I purchased this Comfort Keyboard 5050 for working at home, added support to wrists and is very comfortable however, the lettering is rubbing off the keys and its not yet 3 months old, out of the refund period. I would expect more out of a Microsoft product at $65. Too bad because I really liked it but I wouldn't buy it again. I dont long nails or anything in my skin as other keyboards have not done this. Poor craftmanship, MS!!

Worked well, while it worked. Interface that plugs into computer Broke and cannot be replaced so this is a $60 paperweight

For the price, it sounded like a good deal. However, the key depth is less than what I hoped for and the mouse thickness at its peak was too tall. All this fails in comparison to the fact that my computer would no longer shut down/sleep with this unit. After spending many hours thinking it was something else, as soon as I removed the USB dongle everything cleared up. This piece of junk is going back!

It only got 1 star because of the comfort in typing. It seriously started to fall apart within just 5 weeks of use. Now it has been four months since purchasing it and none of the keys have any lettering left on them and I have nearly worn completely through many of them. At a pricetag this high, by God it ought to last me the full year. Now here I am needing to buy a new one already before I have no keys left at all. Seriously ticked off that I paid this much for it to fall apart so quickly.

Keyboard sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't... mouse is spastic as well.

Range is garbage. Also the keys are not the most responsive. I would honestly only use this for a laptop.

THE WORST! the keyboard constantly lags, doesn't work, the mouse wanders and is difficult to get pointed where I need it. Just writing this short review took 10 minutes because the keyboard kept adding letters, and the mouse wouldn't stay on point. $70 down the drain

I purchased this keyboard after my Windows 10 was updated and my laptop would blue screen whenever I tried to type anything on my existing Microsoft wireless keyboard (a little over a year old). When I tried to type on this keyboard it also blue screened my laptop. I purchased a Logitech-Mk710 Wireless keyboard and mouse and it has worked well now for at least a month. Microsoft has a problem!!

I bought this wireless keyboard at my local Best Buy store to be used at work since we do not have to use their keyboard that my job give out to use. I used it for not even two days and both the keyboard and mouse quit on me. I tried changing the battery and nothing worked. I brought it home and it worked again. I am not taking any risks so I will be returning it and trying out a different Microsoft Wireless Keyboard.

Key board and mouse does not interface consistently. Key strokes are dropped and mouse does not track accurately.

Had problems with it losing connection through USB and had to keep pulling it out and reinserting.

This mouse has not had a working trackwheel since it arrived. I'm not sure if that's by design, or not, but it essentially freewheels as you move the mouse, constantly changing your view and alignment on screen as you are trying to mouse. It was like $70 so I don't want to just buy another one, but dang, this is a poor piece of hardware, absolutely do not buy one.
