Good keyboard but Bluetooth sucks. Its laggy and virtually impossible to use sometimes

I've had my keyboard for a few weeks and the mouse lags. It's so frustrating. I've read other reviews and I'm not the first to have that problem with this model. I will be returning this for something else.

This is just my preference as I am on the computer all day. I didn't like the layout and didn't feel comfortable for me.

I got this item just little over 4 months mouse stopped working. Now I can't return it.

It was nicely sculpted and very comfortable but for some reason it would often lay freeze randomly and for a few seconds so I returned it

This item was junk. Have purchased many items from BB and no issue but this was terrible. It was an out of box but I was assured it would be a very good product. It didn't work, both keyboard and mouse still had old batteries installed. BB took the items back and refunded my money with no questions asked.

Letters and numbers pasted on keyboard easily come off and leave key blank!!!

The brackets are supporting the keyboard are flimsy and broke after six months of use. Would not recommend this

Too heavy and clunky, returned same day, great if you need it

This keyboard has been terrible, the keys stick and it is not at all comfortable to use. The battery drains very quickly, I would not purchase this item again and wish I could get my money back.

This mouse and keyboard are slow. It's not good for gaming at all. I don't like the location and size of the function keys. I t makes it harder to touch type and use function keys. It's nice that it has programmable buttons with your nice shortcuts but that doesn't make up for the shortcomings. Also the placement of the keys is sort of odd one ergonomic keyboard tI slowed down my typing and increased my typos.

I will not buy this,just like a regular keyboard but harder

This was a big mistake. The condition of the item is set to excellent and that is so unreliable! The item arrived broken, with keys fallen out and almost all prints on the keyboard wiped away. It looks as if it has been used for years! This was in no way "excellent". "Poor" would be a better description of the condition it was in.

It’s non-ergonomic, hurt my wrist on first use. Unusual lay out

The movement of the cursor with the mouse is not smooth. It is jerky and hard to control. The heyboard is slow and drops letters. It can,t keep up with anything but slow deliberate key strokes.. I returned the first one. The second works the same. It will go back today! Too bad because the layout and comfort level is good. The mouse, however is too large and doesn't work well.

Within 2 months the USB port stop connecting correctly to my laptop and therefore the devices would not work.

I don't like that there is no indication the caps are on or off. Mouse stopped scrolling within 6 months.

Horrible! The keys stick and cause the constant need for backspacing. Originally I thought it was because it was brand new and needed to be broken in--but no. Makes using this keyboard unbearable.

Didn't like the feel and overall design of the keyboard. Exchanged it for another kind.

The mouse is to loud, wanted something quiet. The clicking is annoying..
