I like the keyboard and mouse ergonomics. The problem with my unit is that the keyboard turns off when I rest my palms on it and I can not type. This is very annoying and counterproductive. Also, I found no setting for it in the Microsoft mouse and keyboard center. I am not sure if it is some kind of attempt for healthy typing or what but it makes this thing pretty useless when it cuts out all of the time. This set is going back if can not find a remedy.

The Microsoft -comfort desktop Ergonomic keyboard is the easiest to use keyboard. Your hands are always in the right place. And Best Buy's price can not be beaten. I have used this keyboard for more years than I can remember. Try it, you will like it.

Easy to use and install cons: every now and then it will disconnect

It's a good keyboard and mouse but it is not quite as ergo-dynamic as previous models and I preferred the more substantial mouse also the layout has changed and takes some getting used to all in all it is a good one.

Just replaced my Wireless Comfort Keyboard with another one just like it. Honestly didn't like the "backward" slope when I first starting used my old keyboard; now I much prefer it over flat keyboards or those with function keys higher than the space bar. Certain keys of the left side of the old keyboard suddenly quit on me after 5+ years of heavy daily service. Cleaning might solve the problem but I learned many years ago that opening a keyboard seldom has a good result. Best part of the new keyboard is that the price is a bit less than half the price of the old one!

Good Product and great ease of use, but a little bulky and not upto the mark.

The mouse is ok. The keyboard has two major flaws: No caps lock indicator - to find out if caps are on you have to start typing then undo if you get it wrong. Escape and F keys are too small and too far away! I'm sure these keys are seldom used for gaming and word processing, but I use them constantly for CAD drafting. I'll be exchanging this set for something else.

Very good keyboard for work at home office and personal use

Works amazingly well. Easy bluetooth connection and instant response when typing. No cord. Works well with MS bluetooth mouse. My prior experience with wireless keyboards delayed this purchase by 10 years. They never worked and had slow response in the connection to the computer. This one works flawlessly.

Great keyboard & mouse. The keys are quiet and don't miss when typing like other wireless keyboards. The mouse is smooth and doesn't need a pad. The thumbwheel rolls without the clicking feeling. Overall a great purchase.

I would recommend this to anyone very comfortable to use easy to find the keys

The Microsoft 5050 keyboard has always been my preferred keyboard. The ergonomic design adapts naturally to my hand position over the keyboard. The result is significantly less stress on the hands and fingers over a long period of time.

I like having a wireless keyboard NO cords Function keys are a bonus

This keyboard mouse combo was an absolute delight for me to use for home office. Never had an hiccup or any sort of connectivity issue when switching between my office and personal laptops. Have had years of shoulder pain which disappeared after I bought this. Why only 3 stars? The dongle is bigger than most Pendrives these days and mine broke very easily. I dropped my laptop bag while walking and everything inside was intact except for the dongle. Microsoft doesn't sell the dongle replacement and I had to throw away the keyboard and mouse though they were in perfect condition.

My daughter recommended this wireless mouse for traveling and she could not have been more right! Great product and I love the way it lays flat when I carry it with my laptop. Thank you Best Buy and my daughter!

I have an older model of this keyboard and it has lasted me for at least 10 years if not longer phenomenal product.

I love it! This replaces my Microsoft ergonomic keyboard that I purchased in 2012 and is no longer available.

Love how little resistance the keys have. I wish it had an on and off switch
