Microsoft Desktop 5050 and Mouse behavior.

The mouse is intermittently jumpy and annoyingly erratic in it's responses (may be default slow cursor speed as it seems to have helped upping the speed setting a bit).

Reliable Wireless Key board and mouse

The product line is very robust. Only replacing the unit because all the keys were worn off the old unit. Wold like to have keyboard lights for cap lock and number pad. Battery consumption for home use is a set every 3 months. Work at home users may need to change batteries every month.

L Key Writing Disappeared and Microsoft Won't Fix
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this keyboard just two months ago, and the lettering on the "L" key has entirely disappeared. When I called Microsoft to try to get a new key, they said that they would not fix or replace the key or keyboard, saying it was normal wear and tear. But the lettering on all of the other keys is okay, and it does not seem like normal wear and tear to me for lettering on keys to disappear after two months.
