I've had a wireless keyboard and mouse in the past but I've always reverted back to the wired versions because they were unreliable. I've had this set for a few weeks now and I've not had one instance that they've let me down. Very good quality and no lag. love them.

The only reason I did not give this a 5 star is because I wish it came with two different USB one for the mouse and one for the computer. I really only needed the keyboard hoping I could use the mouse on another keyboard.

I bought these Microsoft keyboards as replacements for Logitech mk 710. My receptionists find them more comfortable and less stress on their hands. They have been using them for the past 1 month now. I plan on buying more Microsoft keyboards soon.

I had one of theses keyboards and needed to replace it. Unfortunately, I could not find a straight across replacement until I went to Microsoft and saw that they were still in production. Best Buy had the product available immediately for shipping.

Good product. I bought this as a replacement of an older model. Thankfully, the price on these from Microsoft is still reasonable. Quality still good.

Works reliably and is surprisingly comfortable. My only complaint is that the writing started wearing off the keys in under a year of normal workday use.

This was a replacement for a failed keyboard. The hand position is very comfortable. Best Buy provided prompt delivery, especially given the current world circumstances. Not using the mouse, just kept it for a backup.

I have been using this type of keyboard for many years. I bought this because the letters on the old one wore off. This has everything, including an extra row of buttons across the top. The mouse is extra sensitive, finger cannot be on roller while reading.

Purchased it in order to use my existing points, but was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. Comfortable to use for extended periods of time. Good value for money!

Overall, this pair of keyboard and mouse is quite well designed and constructed. I love best is you can program macros in a group of keys. This helps me to save a lot of strokes in certain combination of keystrokes which I use often.

The review summary here is the most accurate description I can come up with. This is truly the best keyboard I've ever used! Some ergonomic keyboards bend the keyboard too far. Some have too large of a footprint on the desk. Everything about this one: just right!

Freezes up. Delays, loses connection. Very disappointing.

Bought it as a replacement for a different keyboard and so far has done the job. Con: Each keyboard/mouse pair is locked with the usb meaning if one fails you'll need to purchase an entirely new set.

Keyboatd does not indicate when cap lock is turned on. The F2 key does not appear to have the same editing function that this key has on other keyboards, which is very frustrating to have to use/figure out a work around to accomplish what this function key does on other key boards. There are also times when I cannot get the mouse to move the curser to a specific spot - the curser will just not move to where I need it and instead just bounces all around the spot.

Tried moving to bluetooth keyboard and mouse a while back, but there were lots of issues with windows and bluetooth dropping. So I went back to a USB dongle and have had no issues with this combo. Nice shortcut keys and good keyboard response.

This was for my wife's HP computer. You would think that if you purchased a $1200.00 computer that it would have a decent keyboard . Not so. It didn't work very well so I bought replacement keyboard and mouse and it works great.

Great keyboard for remote work! While I doubt I use all of the features, this is a dependable keyboard that does what I need. I dont typically care about my keyboard but this one is great!

With the natural layout and built in adjustability fatigue is greatly reduced compared to "standard issue" keyboards. The resolution and response of the mouse is acceptable but the footprint could be slightly smaller.

This keyboard and mouse is a replacement for an older model. Same great results as my older one with the only difference is the "M" key is smaller by comparison with the "N" key so some times I hit an N instead of an M which is no big deal.

Connection is solid and I usually sit 10-15 feet from usb receiver and it works great. The mouse works on pretty much any surface other than glass. Keyboard has media keys built in so works well with a htpc build.
