Low price and easy to set up. Sometimes random keys will repeat on the screen, resulting in 10+ of the same letter, until you press something else or unplug the wireless adapter. They mouse will occasionally stop responding until you unplug the adapter and plug it back in. However, these problems do not occur often enough for me to become frustrated and the price point want great for someone who simply wanted to declutter their desk

We got this for her sister-in-law, Sarah, using the keyboard on the computer she uses. This makes life a little easier.

good wireless connection and pretty quiet, using this for my WFH PC, but I do wish the key travel would be better.

Nice keyboard and mouse combo. Purchased for work usage and had some issues with have 2 keyboards interfering with each other. This worked out well and I like the quality.

Was a great buy for my son. He loves the keyboard and mouse. Has worked like a charm. Everyone the one thing I would mention is understand this requires the Bluetooth dongle.

Horrible. While I have had no mechanical or connection problems, the spacing of the keys is non-standard. I am a touch typist and find myself CONSTANTLY hitting the wrong key or bringing up the calculator (it has a button for that) I'm relegating this keyboard to an emergency backup keyboard and buying a different one

I bought this and returned it the next day. I used this for my heavy Duty PC. It went between slow response and lag time to actually missing letters and to being completely non-responsive. Wehn I returned it a store rep told me that I should not have wasted my money.

OK, but did not include cap locks light so I bought a different one.

I've had various wireless keyboards and mice in the past but to me the feel of the keys is a priority and this keyboard had the best tactile feel to the keys. Paired right up with my PC and has been working perfectly.

I love the design of this keyboard! It's a great wireless keyboard, however it run off batteries and eats through them pretty fast. My keyboard also has sticky keys from time to time which results in things getting deleted or random rows of a single letter. I can't tell if this is from the batteries going bad or just a faulty unit, but it is very frustrating.

Works perfect! This is my second one, it is the only one I will buy. And love that the buttons are "quiet" as I have been told many times that I type hard.

The keyboard and mouse were exactly what I needed, though the experience in order to have to buy it was a bit of a joke. Sales staff really didn't want to help.

I am going to return this. Starting with Day 1, it kept waking up my computer and the screen kept reflecting on a mirror that kept waking ME up at night. I actively put my PC in sleep mode which I never have to do but that didn't work. I then turned off the mouse, that didn't work, and then I removed the batteries from the keyboard and mouse and that didn't work. Finally the only thing that worked was removing the receiver. I can't do that every time I walk away from my PC. Also, I don't like the feel of the keyboard. The keys were too flat for me and I couldn't "find" them by touch only so I had to keep looking at the keyboard again and again. I like the option to have a power button and to see a light for caps lock, both are not offered on this keyboard. I should also mention that I had trouble with the receiver finding the keyboard during initial use. I had to fuss with it and the batteries before it picked it up. Perhaps I have a defective receiver. I was excited to find this combo at a good Black Friday price but this one turned out to be a fail for me. (BTW, the mouse seemed to be good.)

My usb dongle stop working for some reason and keyboard not able recognize it.

Awesome basic wireless keyboard and mouse combo. Very basic but that's not always a bad thing. Plugged in and was recognized and working almost immediately.

The keyboard is too flat and makes it hard to type correctly. It is also too sensitive. It jumps all over the page, deletes sections when I did not choose to delete them. The cursor just flips on more than one key . Freaking annoying.

I really enjoying typing on this keyboard. The mouse is a good size. Only downside is the keyboard and mouse cannot be too far from the USB transmitter

Very good wireless keyboard and mouse combo. Keyboard reminds me a laptop keyboard and mouse is good for left or right handed folks.
