This is a great product. The wireless feature is very handy for work from home. I have been using it for 4 months and did not find any issue. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is, I would love it to be Bluetooth instead of USB. Bluetooth accessibility could make it more easy to connect.

I bought this keyboard combo for office use. I don’t use the mouse because it’s a little too big for my hands and the shape does not help it very much. The keyboard works well and the keys feel nice. The only problem I have with the keybord is every once in a while it seems to shortly lose connection and stop typing, then reconnect after a few seconds and acts like the last key I used it being held down until a new key is pressed. Not too big of a problem but jjst slightly annoying. The wireless usb dongle is plugged into the same port as my last keyboard so I wouldn’t think it’s a range or signal issue.

Connected up right away with no hassle. Works fine and love that it comes with a wireless mouse too! If I did a lot of typing I'd get a more custom keyboard but for everyday casual use this one is at a great price and thus a good value!

This set was exactly what i was looking for. Low noise so it doesnt drive the office nuts. It has a nice clean look on my desk. The batteries also seem to last a very long time. I've been using my set for over a year with no complaints at this point.

I love that this product has no wires. It also was easy to install/hookup.

I got this at half price, so it was a good deal, however there are two big flaws which does make me seriously consider just buying another keyboard mouse combo. First the good: price is good (even at full price), and the keyboard typing does feel pretty good. I initially switched from using logitech on my mac, because I kept having issues where it required me to unplug/replug my USB hub in order to activate my logitech keyboard, so I thought I'd give the MS one a try. Ok onto the flaws: The first one is for the keyboard. It is a somewhat compresed keyboard. The Main keys (eg letters and numbers), the Insert/pageup/page down 'column' of keys, and the numpad columns do not have much separation between them. The biggest annoyance with this, is that the Insert/Delete key is very close to the backspace key so once in a while, I overstep and hit Insert/Del instead of backspace. The Enter, backspace, space bar etc are also narrower than normal. I probably wont try to play games on this (and it isnt what it was meant for anyway). The keyboard is sort of liveable but the biggest flaw is the mouse. The scroll wheel is very stuttery (no it's not a scroll speed setting). What typically happens is you scroll a couple of clicks, and there is an inertia feeling where the scroll moves in small increment (lets say 1/4 inch of the screen moves in a 30" 4K screen) , but randomly but roughly after the 3rd or 4th scroll increment, the scroll bar jumps nearly 2 inches. It is really poor for web page browsing/reading. This is also a brand new mouse, so it's not a dust in the mouse wheel issue. I was really surprised at this kind of UX out of a microsoft product.

Typing isn’t as loud as the Logitech keyboard I have and the mouse fits my adult hand very well. I think it’s a good ergonomic horizontal mouse. I didn’t have any trouble setting it up on my computer.

I needed a wireless keyboard to connect to my laptop. I was taking a typing course and needed to increase my speed so I purchased this keyboard and wireless mouse. Worked good for beginners and as long as your not continually typing it works great just not ergonomically correct.

Nice quiet lower keys. In our office have had decent amount stop working, unknown reason. Tech seems iffy

The keys are quiet and responsive. The mouse has a nice weight to it. I really like the design, its simple and clean. Also has dedicated buttons for audio controls.

Great for what I need it for to do my job. The only knock is that the mouse goes into a sleep mode so quickly and it takes quite a bit to wake it up.
