Some keys are not clickable and cannot be used. The mouse spazzes out and prevents me from being able to use the computer and the keyboard simply does not work. I changed the batteries multiple times but it still doesn't work properly. Highly disappointed.

I looked up various problems and I read that there is an issue with getting the caps lock to work. I had to return it.
