Works as a cheaper model should be expected. No light when cap lock on

Purchased in October 2022. Stopped working in December 2022. Waste of Money

I’ve had this keyboard and mouse for less than two months and the keyboard already died.

Says it's wireless but does NOT say that it is NOT Bluetooth. The main reason for getting the keyboard was I did NOT have a spare USB port. Returned the unit and got a Bluetooth wireless keyboard.

it sucks the mouse needs to be on the USB basically when I contact customer service for help they just repeat the return window is closed.

Bad experience with the mouse. Did not expect from a Microsoft product

The keyboard is not connecting to the computer and i alreayd threw the box away so i cant return it.

Before buying this keyboard mouse combo, I bought and tried Logitech's MK530 and MK360 - but returned both of them and then finally bought this. Will tell you one thing - this Keyboard is a perfect keyboard - keys are well spaced and typing is smooth and easy! Logitech's keys are bad - it bulges out and very noisy, and not smooth at all. I am totally in love with MS 900 Keyboard. MS surprised me! I always thought Logitech's mouse and keyboards would be better - but i guess they are all hyped! Go for MS 900 Keyboard-mouse!

The keyboard is fantastic. So smooth and quiet that it is a joy to type! I didn't realize how stiff my old keyboard was until I got this one. The keys are perfectly spaced so that you don't accidentally press two keys at once. It is also very compact, so keyboard and mouse fit on my lap desk and the tray that I use to convert my desk to standing. The mouse leaves something to be desired. It's quite chunky and the wheel is stiff. The click is nice and quiet, though, and it works well enough if you're not too picky, or you can pair another mouse. I also wish the dongle was as small as my old keyboard/mouse combo. Overall very happy with my purchase.

This wireless keyboard/mouse combo was recommended by the store staff. Its wonderful to where the keys are soft, its not completely quiet, but is not as noisy as some keyboards can get.

I expected Bluetooth but it comes with a USB, which requires one of the ports.

I would advise against this item if you use daily. Keyboard is great but the mouse track wheel stopped scrolling properly within 6 months. I purchased 2 of these for two different computes and the mouse wheel is just garbage. Stops scrolling, pages just stay in place. Not good if it is going to break so quickly.

This is an excellent budget option. Glad we got this for work.

I needed a quick cheap keyboard to use on the go, and this fits the bill. It was very economical, however it doesn't feel like it. The keys are solid and easy to type with, and the mouse is smooth and fluid. Overall a great buy.

After careful review of the features and specs which state bluetooth connectivity and no mention of a dongle, THIS HAS A DONGLE. There’s even another product in this series WITH DONGLE. IDK who wrote the product description but they should be fired. The box lists dongle required.

This item is defective. The USB plug is misshapen so it gets stuck in my dongle and either the mouse or keyboard always refuses to work properly - either with extreme lag and/or only counting half my keystrokes. I do not recommend this product.
