Very nice and convenient wireless keyboard and mouse

This is a nice keyboard, however it didn't work for me personally.

A little small for bigger hands. Feels cramped at times when typing fast

For the price I wouldn’t really recommend. It only worked for my husband for a short time. And I don’t think the mouse ever connected well. Wouldn’t recommend

I bought this keyboard not knowing how many features it has! The space bar had an option to use it as a back space key, the palm pad is removable and overall the typing is very comfortable! Not regrets here, I actually will be purchasing another one!

I like the keyboard itself. It’s just frustrating since there is no light to tell you when your All Caps is on, the @symbol is in the “ button and vice versa. The # sign when pressed shows £. I don’t understand this!!!

Just put this in the donation box -- not because it stopped working, but because many of the letters are faded or missing. This keyboard is in my second home and only used on an intermittent basis. My other Microsoft keyboard is 7 years old and looks like it just came out of the box. So much for maintaining high standards! The design itself took some getting used to, but I did find it comfortable overall, and the touch was good for me, but I do think I should have gotten more time out of this rarely used keyboard before it lost its paint.

It requires a blue tooth transceiver which uses the only USB slot. I broke that putting my laptop in my case. Won't sync to another USB hub. $80.00 of junk now. Works if you are careful but don't lose or break the transceiver.

Great keyboard and mouse combo used for multiple PC’s thanks to usb c monitor feature. We simply have the usb (for the keyboard/mouse) connected to the the monitor and use a single usb c cable to connect either laptop for work use. Also the shortcut keys on the on the keyboard and mouse are a nice touch.

The shape and curve to this keyboard are not conductive to typing much at all. Ive used a straight keyboard and the surface ergonomic keyboard and I thought this would be a good blend of both. I was wrong and it's sitting in my closet not being used :(

The USB connection stopped working and became corrupt. This isn't the first time I have had this issue with Microsoft products. I called and asked for a replacement and they said it was a flat fee to replace and that shipping was on me. I told them that it hasn't been more than 3 months and this thing failed me. The said that it is not their problem. I told them that I will take my business elsewhere (Logitech for the win) and they said they respect my decision. Super disappointed in this product.

Overall, a decent keyboard. However, it went to sleep after 30 seconds or so, and so hitting the 1st key would just wake it up, and not register it as a key stroke. Tried updating the drivers, but it didn't resolve the issue. Keyboard went back to the store.

Keyboard shape takes a little getting used to but the wrist rest is very comfortable and the inclusion of the bluetooth mouse is a nice touch

Bought on 6/11/2020, on 7/09/2020 all ready have 3 letters on the key board that are wearing off and can hardly read. Several more are fading fast. Just checked my order on line today, and it says it is non returnable. I will be speaking with manager Monday afternoon. If not resolved to my satisfaction, will no longer purchase anything from Best Buy. Nothing there I can't not get on line, or at other local stores.

Great keyboard for office work and personal work/gaming

Keyboard is great! The mouse is different, home button on the side has me exiting out of my screen, so still getting used to that. Caught it on sale, so excellent value at time of purchase.

Comfortable, easy to use keyboard. The included mouse is a great bonus. Both work with the included single USB bluetooth dongle, so that frees up a USB port on your machine. But... I could not count on the keyboard maintaining the connection. Nor the mouse. I would be typing away and the keystrokes were just not being received by the laptop. The mouse pointer would also stop moving. It was frequent enough that I could not use it. I returned it the following day. Maybe on your machine it will work fine. If so, great! It's a good keyboard. But, be prepared to return it if it doesn't work.
