Other reviews are spot on, keyboard has issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this keyboard to try out something a little more ergonomic, but didn't want to spend extra cash for the more expensive Microsoft ergonomic keyboard. Read some reviews previously about keys being stuck while typing upon un-boxing and decided I would take the risk and hope that it didn't happen to me. I was wrong. One of the keys on the keyboard was incredibly sensitive, and would keep typing long after a button press. In some instances, just swiping my finger over the key would cause that button to type several duplicate letters. Went onto Microsoft's website, for troubleshooting assistance, and didn't have any luck resolving the issue even after a few suggestions. Returned the keyboard, and purchased a different keyboard altogether.

Great products, terrible customer care.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Until recently I have had great things to say about Best Buy. But, the past two months have been bery frustrating. I ordered 5 wireles keyboards for work like I have many times in the past, normally they arrive within a week, but this time, nothing ever came. I have called many times, waited on hold for more hours than I care to admit, left messages, and even after talking to a person who promised to send out the order again, I only got one keyboard. Very Frustrating, and sadly I am very dissapointed in Best Buy's customer care. From now on, I will look elsewhere first.

Good Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was great replacement for my work keyboard. The number 4 kept getting suck at first, but after about a month it was working just fine. I would differently buy this product again.

MS Combo
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the keyboard and mouse do far as they seem easy on the wrist. The down side is the keyboard does not have on/off switch so I am hoping this will not impact battery life.

Didn't Work with Windows 10
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to use with Windows 10 thinking that since it was made by Microsoft that is would be compatible. No such luck. It would work fine if I plugged it in while the computer was on. But if I turned the computer of I would get a Blue Screen Error Message saying there was a compatibility issue upon restarting the computer.

Good keyboard for the price
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice keyboard but sometimes certain keys do not type while fast typing and some of the keys already faded. It is pretty silent and comfortable to the hands position.

Good keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect keyboard. Doesn’t click too loud on button presses, and there is a solid amount of depression for every button. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. Response time is pretty good, but probably wouldn’t recommend for a game. Perfect for a work environment.

Mouse stopped working after 5 months
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The set seems fine, but the mouse stopped clicking consistently after just 5 months of use. It's not the batteries and you can hear it click, but the computer doesn't register the click half the time, and doesn't hold the click-and-hold. It's extremely frustrating and obviously not worth the money for a product that stops working so quickly. The keyboard is fine, but the mouse has just stopped fully functioning.

Really Excellent Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Combo
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was purchased to replace an older Microsoft wireless keyboard/mouse combo. It is extremely high quality, with a layout similar to the older one but not as big overall, which is great. It was less expensive than I expected, a very good buy.

Love the keyboard but it doesn't last long
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of my favorite keyboards but I've been replacing it every 6-12 months because the dongle goes out or something stops working. I just got a replacement less than 6 months ago and the S is 90% gone, D is 50% gone. I don't understand why they cannot just make these so that the dongle can be replaceable.

Poor Design
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The actual wave and key travel was not very good. The ergonomic shape was not very good. The key travel was very shallow as well. Not a good feel when clicking keys.

Didn't work!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried it on two computers, both said that they recognized the keyboard and mouse, but neither would work. The light would not turn on on the keyboard either. Tried everything we could think of, and the tech person at my employer did too. Took it back a couple hours after I bought it. It was comfy but unusable. I ended up purchasing https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logitech-mk550-wireless-wave-keyboard-and-mouse-black/1261402.p?skuId=1261402 instead which worked perfectly (a little loud though.)

Good keyboard, letters wear off
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were excited to buy and use this keyboard and mouse combo and it worked well for 3-4 months. Lately, we have syncing issues as well as the letters on several keys have completely faded away and it made the keyboard almost useless. Contacting Microsoft is impossible, they do not allow online support for accessories, phone numbers put you into a loop of robotic prompts and when you think you reached a live agent - the call hangs up. I tried 4-5 times but could not make contact.

Solid Keyboard, Terrible USB
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The USB dongle broke after 3 uses and is at least 4x the size of the logitech brand ones, which is very sad... The Keyboard itself was amazing!! But no USB, no worky..
