Stops connecting to computer after 3 months!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The function of this keyboard is amazing, the comfort also great. The keyboard/usb started disconnecting shortly after 3/4 months. When being in the office this was a huge nono! If the keyboard/usb didnt stop connecting, I would rate a 5 star. It could be I got a defective one. I will never know because I will not repurchase again. So bummed.

Open box
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The item is really good, but please don’t buy open box. Even if it says excellent conditions it’s a lie. Pieces came broken and weren’t even original. Totally different product. Microsoft keyboard and mouse are excellent tho.

It lasted less than 3 months
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on 2/14/2022. It died on 5/5/2022. I use it 2 to 3 days a week on my 50% work from home schedule. I really liked it but with only a 3 month life I will stick to my Logitech items for keyboard and mouse in the future.

Works Great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this wireless keyboard mouse combo to use to get rid of some of the cable clutter from my desk. The combo works great. Have been using them for a little over a week, Really like the set up of the keyboard, with the way pullout on my desk has a lip on the front, the tabs to increase the height on the wrist side of the keyboard really help to make using the keyboard less stressful on my wrists. The shortcuts work great with no additional software/drivers to install on Windows 10. The button on the side of the mouse opens the start menu which I did not think I would use at first but I have found myself using it often without even thinking about it. I never even move the mouse to the taskbar to click start anymore. I haven't gotten used to using the swipe up or down feature on the blue button yet though.

Beware of the mouse shape
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mouse shape is awful. I had another Microsoft keyboard and mouse for years and loved the shape but this one is too small and does not fit the curve of the hand. Beware.

Letters are GONE!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is awful. A, S, D, V, parts of I, O, and N are gone. You'd think for this price it would be better quality, but I will never buy again from Microsoft.

Quality seems good, comfortable, couple of issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard and mouse have some heft to them making them feel like the quality is good. Both are quite comfortable to use, and finally, a keyboard that tilts the right way for me. I never understood why a keyboard should tilt up at the top causing me to bend my wrists to use it. The "wave" design on the keyboard is also very comfortable. For the mouse, I never have used the extra buttons on the side and I don't think this one will be much different. My thumb doesn't quite reach it properly so I have to reposition my hand to get a good click on it. I can hit the Windows key on the keyboard just as easily. The issues for me: - No CapsLock/NumLock indicators. I don't know how I missed this because the keyboard I am replacing also doesn't have them and that drives me nuts. I think it's kind of ridiculous that I have to go to another program before typing in a password to see if CapsLock is on. - The switch for the function keys. Neat idea, but doesn't work for me. My previous keyboard had all of the special function keys I use as separate buttons (like calculator, volume adjustments) so I can pretty much use my function keys as function keys in the applications. For this keyboard I have to keep switching back and forth and it never seems to be set where I need it. Perhaps I would get used to it, but I think having to move my hand completely off the keyboard just slows me down and creates an opportunity for errors. I got these for a pretty good deal, so I will probably keep them until I find a replacement that addresses these two issues.

Good wireless keyboar
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a new Dell 27 XPS All in one which came with a small Logitech wireless keyboard. Wanted to upgrade to larger size and wireless. So far this is my third one and each one has the same problem. If you receive a e-mail with multiple addresses and you want to Forward the e-mail minus all the addresses which used to be quite easy. Highlight them with the mouse in blue and hit the backspace and they are gone but so far none of the keyboards have that feature in 8.1 and I have called both Logitech and Microsoft with little or no help. If anyone has an answer would love to hear it.
