Solid wireless mouse and keyboard set
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything has been working well and it was easy to set up. The mouse can be a little jumpy when I’m trying to work with precision, but that might be a function of my computer because I have had the same issue in the past with another mouse.

Great Keyboard
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard seems to have gotten mixed reviews. The quality is good.I really like this keyboard. I love the ergonomic shape without having a split keyboard. One thing that took me back was that it didn't have dedicated media keys. I almost took it back until I come to the conclusion that I didn't use the F keys that much and that it had a lot more windows specific keys that other keyboards. Also because it shares special keys with the function key, it is much smaller. I also like the mouse and the customization options provided.

Noisy and palm rest is too small
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy didn't have this unit on display, but I liked the features as listed, and I liked the feel of some of the other Microsoft keyboards they did have. So I took a chance and brought it home yesterday. Here are my thoughts: Pros: 1. The sculpted angle of the keys and keyboard feels comfortable and easy to adapt to. 2. Inexpensive 3. Attractive (this is of course very subjective) Cons: 1. The front-to-back depth of the padded palm rest is uncomfortable for me. It is too shallow for my hands. (FYI, I wear gloves size L.) With the rear of the keyboard flat (i.e. “legs” not extended), the heels of my hands ares just off the edge of the rest and my wrists are resting on the hard surface of my desk. With the rear of the keyboard elevated using its extendable “legs”, my wrists/hands are always sliding off the rear of the rest. Hence the palm rest is too shallow to be of any practical use to me. It needs to be deeper. As it is, it's completely useless to me. A gel wrist pad might be a suitable substitute, but that will not raise the back of the keyboard, so would not provide optimal wrist angle. For someone with small hands, this might not be an issue. 2. Unfortunately, the keys are quite noisy for a non-mechanical keyboard, especially the space bar. It kind of “rattles” when touched. The noise comes from this key rattle, not from the switch actuation. Other keys make a similar rattle on lightly touching them, but since they are smaller, the sound is not as loud. 3. Worst of all, the 1/! key is often difficult to actuate. The key must be completely and forcefully bottomed to actuate. Since I use the 1/! key quite often, this is my biggest complaint about the keyboard. I consider it a defective key. May be a bad unit, or may require more actuation force than I am able to consistently apply with my pinky finger when typing quickly. In any case, it's not usable for me. I am returning it to Best Buy later this week. I've grown accustomed to softer (and quieter) touch keyboards on laptops, so will be looking to try the "Sculpt Ergonomic" instead, which is more similar to them in key actuation design.

Left handers beware!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard and mouse are great overall. The mouse fits nicely in the palm, and the keyboard is the right fit as well. The biggest issue I have is i'm left handed, and I use the mouse as a left hander. The windows button on the side of the mouse is great if your a right handed, total fail for a lefty. I am constantly hitting it with my ring finger making the screen constantly change in my face. Another annoying issue is there is no indicator light for the caps and number lock key. Over all its a good set, I bought it in 2015 and the mouse just stopped working today 2019, keyboard is working great though.

One design flaw for long term usage...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this keyboard for a few years, and i haven't had any issues with it outside of the legs that hold the keyboard up broke within the first few days of my purchase. I've been able to rig the plastic legs up in other ways. But, with the design of how far our the bluetooth dongle sits extended from the keyboard there's always the possibility for this to be broken. The problem is that once it's broken or if the Bluetooth dongle is lost your keyboard and mouse are essentially relegated to being paperweights. They don't have replacement dongles and if you're lucky enough to have kept your device past your warranty the only option you have left is to purchase the set all over again. Horrible fore-site by Microsoft. Although i liked the keyboard and wanted to keep it for sentimental purposes because a now deceased relative bought it for me, i'll never purchase another Microsoft keyboard for this reason. I hear Logitech doesn't have these problems so i'll give them a try on my wireless keyboard.

Comfortable keyboard, solid for work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for work, and have used it for some light gaming. It's great for work, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking to do gaming. It's pretty comfortable, and I've used it for entire workdays and then some with no discomfort. I don't particularly care for the switch you have to use in order to change between function and quick settings keys along the top.

Best keyboard for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used this Keyboard for about 2 months now at work and buying one for home. I was having response issues until I elevated the keyboard. Unlike most keyboards this elevates in front under the space bar. Seemed a little odd at 1st but once I got used to it the keys were very responsive. I love this keyboard. Used for business and everyday tasks.

USB Missing from Wireless Keyboard/Mouse
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this keyboard open box marked in EXCELLENT condition with a lower price of $41.00 and received it in the mail yesterday and everything was in the box except for the USB which makes the keyboard and mouse wireless. I took it back to the store in Prescott, AZ today 4/6/16 to get another one and the price for this in the store for an open box was $58.99 and a new one was $69.99, they also had a Logitech wireless with the same type of keyboard and wireless for $49.99. I thought since I had to wait to get this in the mail just to find out I cannot use it due to a missing piece they would just let me swap it out for what I paid and not pay the difference for my time and hassale. They would not do that even for their open box because their price was higher then mine. I am very upset that I had to leave with nothing because a manager could not make a decision for a mere $9 to keep me as a customer and leave happy. This is why I do not like buying online. You have to wait for it just to find out it's not what you wanted or stuff is missing. I can't recommend this product because I never got a chance to use it. I would recommend to buy it in the store so you can check it yourself to make sure everything is in the box before you leave. I am very disappointed with my purchase and the store manager's decision of not giving another keyboard/mouse set for what I originally. I paid for this with my Visa and they were trying to tell me I paid for it for a store credit and were not going to refund my VISA card until I demanded they check it again.

Worst keyboard I have ever purchased
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have used many many keyboards and mice over the last 25 years. I have specifically preferred the wave/ergonomic keyboards/desktops. This is the worst quality and worst feeling keyboard I have ever owned. On top of that, the 5 key and right space bar only work sometimes. You have to hit them just right for them to work. Buy this combo if you want to be frustrated, angry, and disgusted. I cant even type in my phone number or credit card to purchase anything without having to back up and mash the 5 key hard. Even having used many ergonomic keyboards before, something is just not right about the layout on this keyboard. It feels cramped with keys just not where they should be. i have now made 4 phone calls and spent 45 minutes (and counting) on hold or talking to a department that can neither help me nor connect me to a working tech support department. This is only the second review i have ever written but i needed to do this as i am still on hold for a human being in the right department. This is the perfect gift for someone you hate.

Not as shown
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.keyboard arrived quickly, but looked different than what I thought I was getting. The curve of this keyboard is opposite of pic shown on website. I checked the sku sticker and it indicates 3 model nos. Not sure why this isn't as pic shown, which is the one I really wanted. I'm sure keyboard will be fine and I will update after use.

Don't buy this!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy this if you plan on using the mouse with the keyboard. The keyboard is fine and I continue to use it. But the mouse is terrible, it will frequently disconnect and will be hard to revive, then finally it stopped working. Bought this in March 2016 and the mouse just stopped right a few days after my 30 day return period.

Extreme Disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this product 3 days ago - the "2" key was defective out of the box. Exchanged today for same keyboard/mouse combo and the one I received today has a defective mouse. The wheel movement is stiff and rough and won't allow simple scrolling through a web page. Extremely disappointed. I've always used a Microsoft keyboard/mouse but this one has pushed me over the edge to try another brand.
