With 15 day return policy it had been barely used and Best Buy advice is call Microsoft for resolution - Good luck with that!

To change the presets on the keyboard, you need to download the software which I could not do due to tight work security. Very annoying and I had to return it since I could t download the software. The key pressure was a little on the softer side for me (I like something with a little more click) but it was a decently designed full. keyboard.
