Basic keyboard

Works great with Windows, not so much with a Mac

Sticky keys and low quality mouse

I would type quickly and several key strokes would register for a key only pressed once. Additionally, the mouse is lower quality than any I’ve ever used. The wheel does not roll smoothly, it rolls as if its held in too tightly. And the overall quality is very low. I even got this on sale and its not worth it so im returning it. Maybe mine was defective.

Lag when starting work and frequent reinstall conn

Often times need to completely redo the setup process because of an obvious loss of connection but not reported by the operating system. My advice keep a wired keyboard handy because once that connection is lost that will be the only way you can revive it.

Keyboard gets quite wacky and tends to add a million letters randomly like it’s getting stuck. It’s a paasaasaaaaaaaaaain. <— like that. Mouse can also randomly “get stuck” and seems to freeze or disappear. It’s pretty though, but I would have preferred something to work more consistently.

Can't pair with Mac mini.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to pair it with my mac mini. in the initial setup of mac mini, it can detect a bluetooth device when it's in the pairing mode, however, the wired thing is my mac mini can't find it. the pairing failed and i have to purchase Apple magic keyboard to resolve the issue. that's why i returned it.
