After 20 days, the keyboard is not connecting. Try to update windows, driver and reinstall. None of them works. And it passed the return peroid. Excuse me? only 20 days return?

I love the layout and the feel of the items but the Bluetooth disconnects so often that I have to keep turning it back on every few minutes. It just isn’t worth it.

Stopped working after 13 months. It was a great device and was easy at first, but it didn’t last the test of time. Of course it breaks a month after the warranty!

Keyboard and mouse do the job, and it’s nice to be wireless. However, the replacement of the F1-12 keys with specific shortcut keys is irritating, because you must remember to hold the function key first if you want to press a key like F4.

Keyboard is small. In addition, the Bluetooth connection gets annoying. There can be a delay which cause typos, requiring more correction. If I could return this for a keyboard w/a cord, I would.

Terrible keyboard. Didn't work right. Always freezing up. The mouse did the same thing. Just stopped working.

omg this was horribly difficult to get it to stay connected.. would stop working and disconnect randomly.. them would have to pair again.. when screen timed out neither mouse or keyboard would wake up computer and had to continually plug in the wired mouse/keyboard i was trying to replace which was not only frustrating but time consuming and defeating the purpose of having wireless. this was the only white true wireless set without a usb dongle i could find and so disappointed i had to return it.. this is not microsoft finest work..

Absolutely not worth the money, has no idication for caps lock being on, or any other light, no flip out legs, the keys dont feel any better then a cheap logitech. The grips are pretty weak, and the mouse can be unresponive at times. I really liked a microsoft combo i purchased in the past (for $40!) That had backlit keys and every other gripe wasnt there. Skip this one.

Mouse scroll wheel doesn't work as expected. It was getting clicked when I try to scroll it upwards/downwards. Also, didn't like the keyboard buttons.

Poor connection to the computer and the mouse keeps freezing. No wonder it was an open box sale. I will never recommend it.

Today I bought this product which is supposedly new, and the pickup was curbside. Once at home I tried to open it and I realized that the tape was already broken. However I opened the box, and since the color is white I realized that it had been used because it was very dirty. It is not the first time that I have had an incident with BestBuy. I consider that the level of the store continues to fall, showing more and more mediocrity. I will definitely return it tomorrow.

Thee product was fine but I was told by a rep in your store to order it online, which I did with his assistance in order to receive it before Christmas. It was a gift for my son who was coming home for Christmas. Needless to say, it was not in before Christmas or by the time he left town. The best is, you all never noticed me when it came in. I had to keep checking

It’s huge and Bluetooth keeps disconnecting not what I expected would rather have purchased a usb combo

The keys are nothing fancy. They are slightly higher and a bit mushy compared to a mac keyboard. The dealbreaker is the bluetooth. Every other bt keyboard I have disconnects when it's idle and it reconnects in around a second after I hit a key. This one takes a few seconds. Sometimes it won't reconnect at all no matter how many times I hit the keys. I'm not going to be re-syncing it each time it goes idle. It's going back.

I bought this as a gift for my son who does gaming. The responsiveness was to slow for our needs.

Unable to connect it to my brand new laptop. I tried everything - updating driver, OS update, uninstalling other keyboard drivers, etc. Bluetooth gets connected but after that whatever I type doesn't seem to work at all. Wasted hours on this product and still can't use it.

Keyboard occasionally freezes up and first key typed doesn't show up. Mouse however freezes up dozens of times daily. Second one. Returned the first keyboard for this exact issue. Now I'm stuck with the same malfunction with the new one.

Terrible. The keyboard worked some of the time, but then would just stop working. The mouse would bounce all over the screen and I would always end up clicking the wrong items.

Very easy setup and easily portable; keys are quiet and comfortable for typing; mouse occasionally loses connection to the computer in the middle of work and takes some resetting to connect again; also hoped that the mouse's center button would allow for a scroll left/right feature

Bluetooth connection is bad.. took me over an hour to figure out the connection, but still not functioning well. No reaction in typing if you don't continue using the keyboard for a min or so.
