I enjoy the feel of the keyboard and mouse but they will not stay connected. My first month or so was great, and now they will not stay connected to any computer we try to use them with. When you restart the computer or it falls asleep the keyboard will disconnect and take about 1-2 minutes to reconnect. It will show "connected" in the Windows 10 bluetooth device menu, but will not function.

Bluetooth is NOT good for a keyboard. The wireless USB technology we have had for the last 10-15 years is sufficient. This keyboard disconnects randomly and there is nothing to do but to wait for it to reconnect. I have a mid-level laptop from Asus that is about a year old (one that is definitely capable of handling bluetooth devices). I don't know all the tech specs because I don't need to know all the tech specs. This keyboard is sold as plug-and-play and it should not do what it is doing. No kidding this keyboard and mouse just cut out and now I am typing on my laptop keyboard. and if you are not careful you may have random text entered about 2 minutes later when the keyboard reconnects. Awful experience!! Attention Microsoft - keep it simple.

It’s beautiful sleek and looks so professional. Besides it being a Bluetooth only keyboard and mouse makes it really easy to connect all you have to do it click or move the mouse and it connects to the last connected device.

overall great keyboard, only complaint is the 'lock' button is right next to the delete button & often easily hit- mouse works great!

I’ve used this for my iPad and Mac mini. I love the fact that it’s Bluetooth and the connection was very smooth and I had no issues with this at all.

Great quality hardware. Connects easily and seamlessly to Windows 10 devices. The only (minor) downside is there is no 'flaps/stands' in the bottom back to raise the keyboard's angle a few degrees.

Sleek design but might not very smooth. Have had many typos.

Functions pretty well — but wish the “delete” key was larger. Am disappointed w/ myself for not buying a backlit keyboard.

This is a great combo. The only thing that keeps it from getting five stars is the fact that you can't tell if the caps lock key is on or not.

Took a chance and ordered this for my desktop. So far it performs reliably and i like all of the short keys built in that are compatible with windows OS.

Good looking keyboard. Was a bit too flat for us - needed more ability to tilt for ergonomics.

This was a quick buy purchase for my desktop after a new arrangement left my computer too far away to use a wired keyboard and mouse. The main issue i had was that the keyboard had a button to lock the computer directly above and too close to the backspace key that i kept hitting it and would have to unlock my computer way to often. However, my 9 year old loves using it on his chromebook, but then again he uses only two fingers to type.

I like the feel of the keyboard, but it doesn't have lifters to raise/angle it. The mouse seemed less responsive than my other Microsoft mouse.

Best Buy provides a great discount on this when bundles with other purchases. I usually use a logitech set, but Microsoft brand works fine too.

Wouldn’t sync to my computer so had to order a different one

GREAT JOB MICROSOFT! Keyboard has a reliable response and the mouse fits my small hands comfortably. My husband also uses it and has bigger hands with no complaints. We both love it!

I would give this a 5 except that it isn't always a fast connector. Also, a Caps on indicator would be nice.

The “look” is very stylish and the equipment works wonderfully. Once I installed a Bluetooth dongle on my PC, the hook up was simple and fast. The keyboard is very responsive and has a good touch feel.

Microsoft peripherals are our favorite, with Logitech coming close second. This keyboard/mouse set is simple but exactly what we needed. It's easy to pair and does not require a USB port.
