This Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse exactly does what it says it does. I find this very comfortable in my hand, it has great range and works well on all surfaces I tried. Plus also seems to have good battery life. great product and good value for money.

It was affordable. It is very light, easily connected with your computer and works very well. Money well spent !!

This is a great little laptop mouse. This is my third one so now each of my laptops has one. It tracks very well on pretty much any surface and the small blue tooth USB dongle is very unobtrusive. It worked first time with out the need to install additional software on Windows 7 and Mac OSX Lion.

Used a travel & work from home mouse. Worked ok for ~6 months, then stopped working. Replaced battery and nothing. IT department thinks the receiver is bad as the mouse itself is getting power, but multiple different laptops were not able to recognize the receiver when plugged in.

Very cheaply made. Roller squeaks, buttons stay clicked causing drag with anything your working on especially excel…. Headache** do not purchase - spend the extra money on a better made version.

I purchase this item on 23 September 2020 and there is no Nanos Transceiver so I am unable to use the mouse. I tried calling best buy and every I was told they would put me over to someone in computer section and the phone just hangs up after waiting. Can some advice whats next.

I love this mouse. The best thing about this it works on any surface. You don't need a mouse pad. I used it on the carpet in my house with not a single issue. You can't find a better mouse for the price!! I like it so much everyone in my family has one.

Left click produces a drop down every time. I’ve tried everything that support says to do to correct. Will be returning item hopefully store will accept it. Bought 2. other one works perfectly.

this mouse is amazing! I love how small it is,it was very very easy to setup and its wireless so no wires! the mouse has bluetrack technology so it can do its job on virtualy anywhere exept glass!!!!!

I ordered Chromebook and this mouse to use with it. The mouse on time. Chromebook still not here 4 days late. Mouse of no use without Chromebook. Will not be ordering from Best Buy again.

Perfect size mouse works on any surface.light weight

I just purchased a new laptop and always wanted a wireless mouse to use with it. This mouse is easy to use and connects without any issues. I got tired of the constant clicks from the laptop mouse. I would suggest this if you are in the market for a portable mouse. It's reasonably priced and a single AA battery comes with it.

My only "complaint" about this mouse is I would have rather had it in a more girly color. However that is a rather petty complaint. The mouse is nice and smooth and feels good in your hand . It is simple to use simply plug the wireless mouse adapter into your USB slot and go. The adapter is tiny. No need to remove it unless you choose to for what ever reason. The cost of this in store was great $14.99. That is the lowest I have seen this brand for. It is the perfect mouse for a lap top user.

This mouse chip was damaged right out of the package. The chip would not fit into the side USB port. We had to exchange it for another.

Pretty comfortable, decent speed, comes with a battery, sleek, and good price. It is a great mouse for anyone and anything (as long as it is not high speed gaming or anything). I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a basic wireless mouse.

Works great. just install the battery , plug the usb wireless relay into my tablet & its ready to go. Turns my 11.6 inch Insignia tablet into a useable computer. Works as good if not better than some of the more expensive wireless mouse.

Very restrictive movement. May return after holidays if it doesn't improve.

I LOVE this mouse! It has a neat texture, comfortable, plus a fast response. Plus it's in my favorite color! Love also that I can shut it off with the switch to save battery life. And the price was reasonable. Hope it lasts a LONG time!!
