smaller than expected, works ok, hard for me with large hands but for the price not bad at all

Was working great, was just what i needed for my work laptop but then the left click button stopped working after less that 1yr of use. Tired blowing air in there to clean it and even opened it up and was able to confirm that the switch on the leftside was no longer working. Not worth the savings if product can't even last 1yr.

This mouse works on clear glass surface. enough said!

I purchase this because it claimed it worked on most surfaces. It absolutely does not. It does not work well on short nap carpet, hardwood floors, or upholstery. My very old Logitech mouse worked much better on these surfaces. The scroll wheel on this mouse does not work reliably, as others have mentioned, it works sporadically. It will just stop working for no apparent reason. Very frustrating.

This mouse worked great for a few days but after that it constantly lagged, froze and was completely unreliable. Unistalled/Installed drivers, every solution I could think of. I even tried it on another computer, it was so bad i had to temporarily go back to my uncomfortable wired mouse. I eventually had to exchange this for the comparable Logitech one. I wanted to love this mouse because I love Microsoft products but it was driving me insane.

After about a month of constant use it died on me. It will turn on for about a second and then turn off again. Batteries are not the issue. Have seen other people have the same problem so it must be a battery compartment malfunction or something of the like.

I purchased this mouse as a replacement for a Logitech thinking it would be a good replacement - wrong. In the less than 30 days I have had it, I have had to replace the battery twice and today I am returning it. I went to remove the program from my XP system and it didn't even give me an option for removing. I called MS and they too had difficulty removing and wanted to send me a different model as a replacement (so I have to wonder if there is some issue with this 3500 they aren't telling). I would strongly recommend that if you are considering a wireless mouse, look at the Logitech models - the one I used to have lasted for several years and I think they're more into mfg hardware and refinements and reliability for such as these.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet as I am waiting for Internet access. Rating based on cost. Tentative reccomendation to a friend.

Bought this and tried to hook up to my Mac, with no luck. I have a Windows PC, and will try it there.

Actually I'm very disappointed with this purchase and am a bit uncomfortable giving it a bad review - buuuutttt .... The wheel on my old mouse was flaking out so I got this Microsoft mouse since it was in stock. Not sure if it is a software mismatch or just a lousy piece of hardware but its lag time is HORRIBLE and sporadic - a times seeming to just shut down. When it does, the touch-pad still works fine so not like system overload etc. Anyway, no more of these for me.

I bought this mouse and it lasted only a month before it crashed on me. Very disappointed in what I thought was a good product from an established company like Microsoft. Save your money on this one, I went back to using Logitech wireless mouse and no problems.

This is the same as the Dynex mouse, it only cost five bucks.
