This keyboard works great with my phone and tablet. Perfect size

Bought this keyboard hoping to get a good unit despite the bad reviews. It wasn't the case, the battery was defective and wouldn't charge. The keyboard looked nice and would have been a keeper if it wasn't for the battery issue.

Keyboard only works while external powered. Does not seem to be charging internal battery. Will not work when USB power adapter is unplugged. Will be returning as soon as I get the chance to get to the nearest Best Buy outlet.

The battery doesn't charge which is a known defect. BB doesn't tell you this. On Clearance and being redesigned because of this issue.

I bought this to use with my ipad pro and its working fine

This is a nice compact style keyboard. Good feel to it, built in battery, and good connectivity to a variety of devices. Like all compact keyboards, it's a different feel from a full size keyboard, and of course, there is not a full size, dedicated numeric keyboard. Ultimately, this is great for portability and limited use with a tablet or phone, but is not suitable for "everyday" extensive use if that is your goal.

BB Replace it 3 Times and none were holding the charge not even 1 Second.... They shoul Recall this Product I definitely not recommend you to buy this item to anybody.....,,, Sincerely,

Won't hold a charge. Pairs nicely with bluetooth, device had lots of promise, it's keyboard was nice, overall concept is nice. However, big fail on the execution of the manufacturing.

I wish I had read reviews before I bought. Like so many others, this keyboard was Dead On Arrival, would not take a charge, and would not work at all unless plugged in. Rubbish.

I brought a new one from bestbuy and it came with a dead battery that would not hold charge. A deal killer on an otherwise nice keyboard

Tried charge the battery for over night and unit would not work unless plugged into electricity as soon as you unplug the unit turns off.

I got two separate units and tested them with multiple iOS, Android and Windows devices, but it would not work in Bluetooth mode, only when connected via USB.

Read the reviews on amazon before buying. These units are sent out with no battery or a defective one. Unit would not work unless plugged into electricity. As soon as you unplug the unit turns off.

It's not working on battery. I have to connect to power to work on keyboard.

One light came on when plugged in to charge that appears to be Bluetooth indicator. No indication of charging, left it plugged in overnight but next day it is a complete dud. No lights, no presence in Bluetooth settings, nothing. Other reviews seem to say this is a common problem. Will return, thankfully that is easy at Best Buy.

I liked the design and what would have been the functionality but unfortunately it did not work. Would not turn on and connect. Took it back but they did not have any in the store so I bought another brand.

Disappointed in the product. Had problems with the Keyboard connecting cia bluetooth to my cell phone. Also had problems with continuously repeating letters that I type.

Second time ordered the same and second time keyboard does not turn on unless plugged into the USB. No more Microsoft product in my life

Purchased this unit and it was defective. Exchanged it for a new one and it didn't work either.
