Why batteries? Would have been better if it was rechargeable. Mouse body is a bit low for me, doesn't touch your palm as much as I'd like.

I have really large hands and it feels small to me. I also wish the click wheel was softer. It hurts my finger after repeated use.

The HP desktop's about 4 yrs old, shouldn't do this for a fairly new HP desktop, so not using the mouse until find out what's causing it.
