This Microsoft Modern Mobile mouse offers a similar minimalist, slim and streamlined shape and feel, even if it doesn't have the same functionality of the Apple mouse. I love its weight, portability, and low profile. Once I figured out how to troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity issues, working with this mouse has been a breeze.

It's slim so fits in my backpack well, but it's wide enough to be comfortable in my hand. I bought this to replace an Arc Touch mouse, and I like the physical scroll wheel on this mouse better than the touch pad on the Arc.
