It works perfectly, although there are times I've left-clicked only to find that I needed to reposition my hand to get it to work. It is very streamlined compared to the Logitech, which is neither good nor bad. I do prefer a mouse that is a bit bulkier than this mouse, yet I do strongly recommend this one.

I've always had a more traditional shaped wider mouse some of which were supposed to be ergonomic. This low profile design in my opinion is much more comfortable and easy to use. A little pricey, but in line with most Microsoft products as well as "ergonomic" style mouse offered by other manufacturers.
