The mouse's functionality is about average, but suitable. However, if I had known about the Surface Precision Mouse, I would've bought that instead.

Get this only if you want something portable - fit in a handbag and complement to your Surface devices.

MS has changed their mouse lineup recently and offers several different styles so do some research. This version is 'Mobile' and as the name suggests - is designed to be compact for traveling. That does mean some tradeoffs for comfort that you get with a more traditional mouse. In particular the profile height is much less curved up to support your hand - its flatter. This tradeoff depends on your need for portability. The quality of the mouse is excellent as it is for much of the MS first party mouse and keyboards. If you travel occasionally and want more quality than many 'portable' mouses provide - than this should be on your list to consider

Had a "normal" size wireless mouse for 1st day, and this is much easier to carry around with the Surface. No issues with scrolling or navigation. Easily joined with surface.

This unit feels great and doesn't cause palm fatigue. This is very low profile and slim. I can see this mouse being one of my favorites. The mouse click is not totally soundless but has a great tactile feedback as you keep clicking or dragging. Absolute quality product; can't go wrong on this one.

Definitely has more a sophisticated feel to it. If you like the scrolling wheel to be super fast/sensitive, then this is not the product for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

It works well with me MacBook Pro and it is slim and travel size friendly. The only thing is I wish it had a rechargeable battery.

Could be designed better ergonomically. Seems a little too flat but getting used to it. Back battery cover is held on by magnet so it just flips open. At full retail price, I think there are better options but it was on sale and I had a $5 reward to use so it ended up being a good value.

It did take me a few days to get use to it because of its compact size. By the way, the size is great after you get use to it. I use with my surface pro and always try to stay compact.

It's sleek and seems to use hardly any power. If you have a tablet at least 11' its a must buy for under $20.
