it does not work with older win10 laptop

But it is not compatable with my older DELL laptop with Win10 installed, although my laptop works fine with generic brand bluetooth keyboard and speaker, I am not happy, though i am still a share holder.

The left click on both appears to have partial failures where some clicks don't register unless I really hit the mouse button hard, an exaggerated click of the button. When I want to drag and select a section of text I have to hold the left mouse button down HARD and sometimes it doesn't select the text I want correctly/throughly. Two units have failed in this way so far after about a year or so of use. My other mice haven't had this problem. It's a shame because I really like the ergonomics of these mice. I'll likely end up going back to the Logitech mice I've been using for years without issue.

No problem pairing, mouse is semi-comfortable to use (not as good as the Logitech I normally use), works OK most of the time BUT... big problems using it for my writing (I am an author of SciFi novels). In the middle of typing (using Scrivener or Word) cursor suddenly jumps to somewhere else on the page and I wind up inserting text in the wrong place. This became enough of a problem that I switched to a Logitech USB cordless mouse instead. Problem went away. I'll keep this mouse for emergency use, but it's no good for my writing.

Instead, it is awkward to hold and feels a bit cheap and plastic-y. A basic Logitech mouse has a more pleasing feel.
