    It's alright. It actually helps my wrists and I think it does the job for me. I would say I most of my mistakes are the user not the key board.

    I've been using a Belkin ergonomic keyboard for 20+ years and wore the lettering off. (I think Belkin stopping making them.) So this is a replacement. I think it forces your elbows too close to your waist when using a standing desk. Also the lettering is not very visible, so I had to get stick on labels (so ugly). After 30 min I took the bottom lift off because that was uncomfortable, too.
