The ergonomic design looks good but it needs some getting used to, you will certainly need some practice if you have only used conventional keyboards in the past. The keys are bit soft to press when typing.

I got a good deal on the keyboard. However, it didn't come with documentation as to what all the special keys do or how to program them. The spacebar hanging up occasionally is rather annoying too.

I think the product should provide comfort for those who type with ten fingers. But to me, who does not type with ten fingers, this product has caused me pain in the tendons of the left hand.

I found this keyboard intimidating to learn how to use. Also, physically it's quite space consuming. I ended up using the standard keyboard that came with the computer, and returning this keyboard.

Not sure what the switch in the middle of the keyboard is for. I would like to adjust the arc of the keyboard, as it is a bit strange. Glad is is a usb keyboard, though.

I like the ergonomic set up have used a similar keyboard for 20 years. The only thing I don't like is the key pressure... have to press down harder than normal.

Keyboard is really not what I was looking for. It's very unconventional the was the keys are layer out. Not what I was expecting

I thought this would be a food keyboard. But keys that I use often started disappearing fast. I couldn’t take some of the keys within a matter of a month.

This keyboard is good but there are a software bug. Sometimes the keyboard won't respond at all and require a computer reboot. Other than that, it works great.

I had no problems with the Microsoft natural ergonomic keyboard other than it felt very weird in using it. I'll stick with a normal layout from now on.

I bought this keyboard thinking it would be ergonomically better for my hands but it's very tall and I don't care for the contouring layout. No fault of the keyboard design, I just don't like it.

This design helped me allot with my wrist pain. I am very pleased. However there is a learning curve. I don’t know how to use the silver buttons yet

The Microsoft Natural Ergonomic 4000 Keyboard is best suited for users with larger hands. The keys need a little extra effort to depress. Overall the keyboard is just okay.

Nope I returned this. My desk did not have enough room to use it but I did like it.

I could not get used to the feel of this keyboard. I typed much slower and made many more mistakes. I finally took it back and got my money back after trying it for 3 1/2 weeks.

I bought this keyboard for myself but I didn't like it,, it works great and my son loves it we traded I got the old fashioned one and he got the new one we are both happy.

This is a great product that is very pretty and actually does what it promises to do. It is very difficult to get used to and it's sort of expensive. But the good far outweighs the bad.

It does the job but not very comfortable to use. The keys make so much noise it's like an old typewriter. You have to press down hard for the keys to actually work.

I used these for years. Last one died recently and I had to buy a replacement. This new one is very stiff and tires my fingers out. I gave it a week of solid use but it's still stiff. Guess I need to go look for another brand. On top of that, I forgot that best buy has a 14 return policy as well, so now I can't return this either. Poor choice on my part to buy and assume that it's 30 days like most other merchants.

It broke in less than two weeks but I did not get around to returning it so best buy would not do anything. I did not know they had a big 15 day return policy
