Unfortunately this keyboard didn’t last very long. After a few months the keys started sticking making for a very frustrating email. I like the layout but buying 3 a year is getting bad

Seemed like a good keyboard from reviews, but in practice, not so much. Keys are very stiff, especially the space bar, and the angles of your hands makes it worse. Best Buy gave me no trouble returning it, very happy with their service.

This design has so many curves it throw me off. When you go from a standard keyboard to this keyboard it's difficult to learn finger placement. I have heard from others after I purchased this keyboard that they feel the same way.

I really want an ergonomic keyboard and the price seemed fine on this one. The salesperson preferred a different brand but said this should work fine too. BUT when I tried to use it at home, I hated the feel and sound of the keyboard. I returned it.

After using the new Microsoft Natural Ergonomic keyboard for 2months the keys on top row quit working. Says I can’t return after April 29. Waste of money to use for only two months

The spacebar on this is a single bar so it cocks either direction with each thumb, but on the right thumb it would not register unless you pushed really hard. Super annoying.

I kept having typos, the position of the keys made it difficult to type. It did not seem very ergonomic, i think it is best suited for low keyboards not ones on the desk, but ones tucked under and adjustable.

Instructions, paperwork, and warranty all missing from package. I purchased this online, & when I picked it up, the price tag on the box was a buck cheaper than what I had already paid.

Did not like this keyboard. Keys were noisy, and didn't care for the spring action in them. The keys were so noisy, people could hear me typing from downstairs! I returned it.

Some buttons you have to press really hard (what's the point of getting an ergonomic keyboard if you have to bang at it from week 1???) but then again only $35. You get what you pay for I guess.

I kept trying for about three days, and then threw in proverbial towel and returned the keyboard to Best Buy. Happily, Best Buy accepted it back with no questions.

I bought this keyboard to hopefully make typing more comfortable, but after hours of making adjustments I gave up. It may work for some, but it did not work for me.

Bought this keyboard with excitement, but it turns out the space key was defect. It was stuck when you hit space key. Absolute disaster!!!

You have to retrain on your typing skills to get used to this keyboard Not comfortable and expensive. I returned this item and went with a standard one.

We didn’t like this keyboard at all it had a weird feel to it and was hard to work with and on! I was so excited to purchase to have utter failure!

expensive garbage sitting in a box way too loud key press painful used for 5 minutes. return policy way too short and sucks.

I wanted to like this keyboard regardless of its bulkiness and noise, but it just completely stopped working.

Great product at a great price. Ergonomic design is perfect to the natural angle of my hands and wrists. Keys are soft and quiet. Would've liked an instructional/feature description booklet, but it's not important.

Hubby liked everything about this keyboard but now one key is non functional. Not sure if I can still return it. It is worthless at this point.

Had to return the keyboard due to the spacing of letters on the keyboard. It may work for some...but not my wife or I.
