This keyboard has really reduced the amount of pain in my wrists at work. The design of the board is great and easy to use.

This purchase was to replace the same keyboard that was 5+ years old & key contact was becoming spotty. I like this keyboard for the fact that with wide shoulders a conventional keyboard tends to give me a back ache due to having to squeeze my elbows together to get proper placement on the keys. Pulled it from the box, plugged it in & it worked. Don't know what more I could expect. Best Buy delivery time was great.

I know some folks think ergonomic keyboards are a fad from the past, but I was not willing to give up on the idea. I found myself making too many typing mistakes with a straight keyboard and searched for one similar to my old ergonomic keyboard. I am happy with the Microsoft 4000, but still haven't had time to figure out what the added silver buttons at the top do. Lack of an instruction booklet is my main criticism. I expected to find one in the box of a new product.

I have tried other ergonomic keyboards but always come back to this style. The angle is perfect for me. My hands just fall into place and there are plenty of extra buttons to help navigate programs.

Takes a little getting used to, but these are the BOMB! It keeps your arms and wrists at a natural angle, which prevents carpal tunnel from flaring up. Better yet, at that more anatomic angle, your typing speed will SOAR! My only regret is that they're rather finicky. I have to replace mine about once per year. But I do type a LOT. By the time it gives out, I've worn the letters off most of the keys. Highly recommend!

This is my second Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard. I had my first one about three years and use it daily for my medical transcription business. My research showed that it would help with my carpal tunnel pain and I this to be very true. The split keyboard places my wrists and hands at a much better angle. As with my first keyboard, I took that piece at that bottom of the keyboard that lifted it so high up off. That just made it very comfortable to use. I got a great deal at Best Buy and am very happy with my purchase!

While this is a large keyboard and not for everybody it is worth the effort to make room on your desk for it. It's full of functionality The 5 hot buttons are easily set up to open any app you want with the touch of a keyboard button. volume and mute buttons, calculator button, search button this keyboard has it all. Well made, good looking and once you get used to it very comfortable.

Comfortable to use when you have carpal syndrome. This keyboard will also prevent Carpal Syndrome from happening to you. It may take a day to get used to it; however, you won't ever type on another keyboard again.

I recently bought a new ergonomic keyboard. It has been a bit challenging to use compared to my previous one because there is a greater height difference, raising the whole keyboard up, and a greater slope down toward the top part of the keyboard (where the "Function" keys are). It is also not clear what the function is for all of the keys at the very top of the keyboard, forcing me to have to go online to find out rather than providing on the box or a small handout in the box explaining everything.

Best and truest 'natural, ergonomic' keyboard ever and the only one I will ever buy! I love how it is the only true ergonomic keyboard available, and it also has indicator lights for caps lock and num lock - something that most keyboards no longer offer, and that's a shame. Wish that BestBuy (and Microsoft) had more of these available, would have bought several for 'future' use. Again, best keyboard ever and the only one I will ever use.

I like the keyboard due to the space it has between the keys. It makes for easier typing. I have large hands and this helps me type with ease. Unlike the small keyboards where my fingers miss type or cramp up on them.

My wife has had this keyboard for several years, and she likes the ergonomic shape. She feels it reduces the stress on her wrists and forearms. When her old keyboard wore out, we replaced it with the identical model.

I work on my computer all day long and with this keyboard my hands never hurt. Using a normal keyboard with in minutes my hands will start to hurt. This is my 5th Natural Ergonomic Keyboard over the past 15 years or so.

My last keyboard was older than I want to admit. This is a nice upgrade though a little bulky if you have a keyboard shelf that pushes in and out. It fits, it just feels like the keys sit higher than the older models.

I've been typing for 20+ years on computer keyboards. Until the Microsoft natural, I would occasionally have bad bouts of wrist pain. Once I started using this keyboard, that went away most of the time. Once I started using this keyboard and set up my desk properly for hand positioning, that went away permanently. At this point I can type for maybe one or two days on another keyboard at most. I haven't tried the super-expensive ergonomic keyboards, but why bother when this one works?
