For those consumers that do not mind wires and prefer not to bother with batteries always needing to be replaced - this product is truly great. Design is great, especially for anyone with hand/wrist issues. After couple years letters on the keys completely rubbed off, went on using it until got tired of blank keys and this was a reason for replacement, other than that this keyboard was in heavy daily use in the office for over 4 years and still works great. I'd suggest placing some protective clear stickers over the keys, if you want to preserve the letters. For me it was easier to replace the whole thing, the cost of the keyboard is low enough.

Great keyboard. Resolved my carpel tunnel pain. It's hard to use a tiny, normal keyboard now. It only took a few days to get used to the keyboard tilt. You can raise or lower the front of the keyboard as needed.

I believe that the ergonomic keyboards have helped me avoid carpel tunnel syndrome to date. I am a professional secretary so I cannot afford to lose time due to injury. The fact that it was on sale when I purchased it was a bonus!

If you don't mind a wired connection, this is a great ergonomic option. It's design has been helpful for dealing with uncomfortable wrist pain and keyboard tapping is really quiet.

If you have carpal tunnel, or just want to avoid it, this is the perfect keyboard for you. It keeps your hands at the correct angle to prevent strain on your wrists. I used my last one until most of the letters had worn off!

I tired using an ergonomic wireless keyboard and it was constantly lagging. This keyboard doesn't have that issue and it feels good and natural. I'm a software developer, so it's nice to have a decent keyboard to use daily.

I had a prior version of this keyboard (the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 3000) for my office PC. It did admirably, but after a year or so, my wrists were starting to hurt IN SPITE OF the ergonomics helping.

This keyboard is the most comfortable and best looking keyboard I've ever owned. When you place your hands on the keys, it feels like a natural hand position with subtle curves on both sides of the board.

I know who buys keyboards that are cabled these days. This is the best that you would want for this reason. I had issues with a faulty machine and needed to hit the ESC button. This guy is comfy and good. The best of a dying breed.
