A little overpriced for my liking but the convenience of having all the Office apps is worth it.

Garbage product from garbage Best Buy! I had read the reviews about receiving invalid product keys. I made the mistake of taking a risk and continuing with the purchase. Sure enough the reviews are accurate. The product key I received is useless and saying it has already been used.

The download was easy and the base functions... Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. started immediately. However, most other functions require multiple sign-ins and advertisements to wade through. My purchase was for a new HP laptop which exacerbated this problem....

All I wanted was a new product code to continue using Microsoft office. It won't accept the code etc.

Purchased to start up a new business, works perfectly - exactly what I needed.

I like the software package. I'm not happy that I have to but it 12 months at a time now!

Great purchase for the money. The sales Men was extremely helpful And made the purchase easy

the programs, words, powerpoint, excel and etc. works great after dowloaded properly.

My Microsoft code was stolen and used by somebody else before I had a chance to use it. I purchased Microsoft 365 from BestBuy, but they can't help me becasue it's a Micrsoft item. Since I purchased this item from BestBuy, I feel it's wrong that BestBuy won't take care of it.

Very good value for the software tools I purchased.

It does work on all of my devices, but not the same. It also didn’t transfer all of my contact information, there are some website addresses that did not transfer. The other issue has to do with using it on a Mac, The appearance of contacts on the Mac is completely different than on my PC, this is very annoying.

My computer is working good and faster because of Microsoft 365

So far it is easy to use and I will be ready for my big project soon.

Great deal for this plan, but I never took the card from the store.

I am having trouble deleting this from my new PC. I purchased Office Home and Business because I needed Outlook in order to use the email provider I currently use. However, because 365 was installed by a third party, Microsoft is unable to delete it.

Purchased for the new computer and my wife didn't need this version (business). I tried to return it but they won't take it back because they say they don't have a way of confirming I didn't activate it, which we did not! She actually bought the personal bundle on the Microsoft site. No where did it indicate that the bundle was not returnable. So now I'm stuck with a Microsoft 365 Business and no need for it!

I cannot figure out how to use it. I can’t get help from Best Buy. I have called and was put on hold till I finally hung up. Also tried contacting online Put on hold again. I have been to store and thought it was straightened out but wasn’t. My geek squad person cancelled my initial visit and can’t get hold of him. His mailbox is full

I could not even download this because the code I was given had already been previously redeemed. Spoke with Microsoft, they said it was Best Buys fault. Best Buy denied everything and said to speak to Microsoft.
