I never even got to use it because it couldn't be used with the tablet i purchased. Tried contacting microsoft to see if i could get the following year free since i made a purchase that i didn't get to use and couldn't get through to anyone. money wasted

Sometimes when I try to open a file, the computer looks for an app rather than use the software I have. I cannot redirect it, even though I have set it as my default. Windows 10, OneDrive and 365 do not work as smoothly as I would like.

Microsoft office 2016 would be the basic tool for home workers and students as it offers all the same features from office 2013 with a one year key for 5 devices. SO after the one year you would have to pay for more subscriptions.

I am not sure why anyone would still buy software that is only good for 12 months. Whatever you can do in Word you can do in Google docs, excel -->sheets, Powerpoint-->slides. ETC. Microsoft, make it a subscription for perpetuity.

This is a great product I'm just really annoyed that you have to subscribe to it every single year. Maybe I just like to complain but I could buy things once and have them be mine. Other than that it really is a wonderful program.

found out it is a lot easier to start this off when comp is new and clean. still having trouble converting from windows 7 and microsoft programs had in there already. told we would loose all info when converting so it is still incomplete.

Very good price but Office program didn't work. I've called the microsoft customer service and the customer service guy can jot speak English clearly. Even my wife couldn't understand him.She is American. Still don't work...

Microsoft applications use to be free/or purchased in your new cpu but now you have to buy a subscription ? I understand that's how it is and I really like it compared to Apple. I will renew. . .especially for the updates

I like the product but when I sent th em an email saying that I would like D DC the subscriptuon to be canceled and my money returned within the 15 day period because I didn't need it, they did not reply and my money got wasted.
