Hate that we have to pay every year for this! Wish you could buy the license and keep it for as long as you want like we used to. I dont need the latest and greatest update every year!!

When I purchased my laptop I asked the salesman for the latest Microsoft office. He gave me office 365. When I set up my laptop I was not able to install the office 365 because my computer came with office 16 pre-installed.

I am not able to print excel spreadsheets. When I tried to print it says "couldn't find anything to print." I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it worked for a little while, then back to the same thing

This product was good for the bundle. However upon installing, I had issues with it. I tried contacting Geek Squad, but they were unable to help me due to the fact that I didn't purchase it through them. :-(

i had to spend extra cash because the program would not install. don't know why. maybe the scratch off authorization code was no good. i was a bit annoyed. had to get a tech to do it at my cost. seem's to be ok now.

I would have to say this bundle was a great and fantastic deal!! The only problem I had was the mouse but that was because I preferred to use the mini or smaller wireless mouses instead of this regular sized one.

As just about everyone who uses a computer I have become accostomed to, and reliant on, the MS Office platform. Unfortunately I have experienced many issues with Outlook and am very disatisfied with the product.

I think the new office program probably has many great features, but with no tutorial or instructions, it is very difficult to learn to use. Took a month to figure out where the print button was!

Annual software renewal is still a pain. Writing the main user on the card was key to remembering which account is primary. Works well if you have a family or multiple users. Still need to renew annually.

I had trouble installing it and now it's hung up on installing updates, telling to me close the Microsoft update folder but it will not close, I will have to call Microsoft - it's been a pain,.

It is not as user friendly as word 2010. I'm having a bit of trouble navigating through it. I transferred my documents over from my laptop and they are not syncing at all. It has been frustrating.

Having to pay Microsoft every year is rediculous. It should be good for the life of the computer. If they want to charge for upgrades that's another thing. Also their support is non existent.

I'm still undecided about migrating to the cloud and SaaS for the home user. Microsoft Office has been the office automation software leader for a long time. It has an abundance of capability.

I think this product is useful but I could have gotten this from school a lot cheaper. Works and is useful but wasn't a good buy for me. Is good for people who are not students I guess.

Would not purchase as a bundle again as the anti-virus program is not as good as ones I've used before. Most times I go to a safe site, it says it is dangerous. Will not renew anti-virus.

I found out I already had an Office Program on my computer. So I decided to return this one. Unfortunately they would not accept the return. So I will just let it sit on my desk and rot.

Its a great product i didnt have any problem with installing it.... but i wish it was longer then a year as much as i paid for it... I'm glad i can used it on my computer and tablet...

I would stay as far away form this product as possible. Every time you have to re-load it, as in when a hard drive is changed, or if you add a new licensee, you get hung up---and have to call MS in India. Their troubleshooters are well-meaning, nice, and proper---but you shouldn't have to call in every time you use this product. You also shouldn't be told by them that it's not working because you have too many licnesees on it--when you don't; b. They don't even KNOW how many licensees you have until you force them to look it up c. There are a million jabberwocky nonsense reasons given why the code, etc. doesn't work each time you have to use it. You waste and lose so much valuable time and energy having to re-call them to re-install this that it defeats the the whole purpose of using a pre-paid, expensive, enduring online program.

I have this product because I need the software. What i don't like is that after a year i must pay again. This should be a one time buy very disappointed that i have to renew.

I miss the good old days where I CD was provided with the product you buy I need to Geek Squad to help me download this appropriately to my computer for me to use
