I would have used Google Office for free but I need MS-Access so I pay $75/year for this. It's fine, the applications are better than Google's, but tough to beat free.

The computer is very slow wireless, works great with the cable, I am not very computer savy and I think this needs to be taught to ones who are not very good on a computer

Why would anyone buy this rather than buying outright product where you have full control and will not be shut out of using if you don;t keep paying annual fees

Really have not used this product yet. Have used the old version on my old computer so assume it will be fine. will just give it a "3" since haven't used it yet

I love Microsoft, but I don't think they need to continue to do full changes on the system. I like the old version. This works fine, but need to get use to it.

I tried to load the key onto our new computer. Did not work on several tries. Called Microsoft, they looked into it and they could not find the key number on file. Took it back to Best Buy, took about 20 minutes to get it resolved with a new key. Found out the old one they sold me was way too old to work. After all this I found out I actually had a ongoing 5 computer license, so I really didn't need the software at all. Too bad, cannot return it for credit.

It would be better suited if the package could be bought without having to do an annual renewal. Cost would be greater but more economical in the future.

good program but had a hard time getting it installed on my computer, had to completely uninstall first one then reinstall with the help of the Geek squad

I like to open a word processor and start typing. When i open this program I have to choose a template of the letter from, then the paper design, etc.

Love the Office products but wish that it was more than a one year subscription. Really seams like a waste of money to purchase this year after year.

I didn't realize that you included the version of MS Office that required an annual fee. I have no use for anything but the basic applications.

I'm not very pleased with my HP laptop. It seems to have lot of problems. This is the third time I have taken the PC to the store for problems.

The programs are great and easy to use but having to pay for it every year kind of bites !!! Not sure if I'll pay for a second year . . . .

I got this on the advice of the sales rep and was told it could be added to more than one computer but was not told that I had to share account with the first computer. I don't want to know the password of my son's email nor do I want my computer link to his so only he will be able to use. so sad.

I'm not really knowledgeable with this subscription based Office Software. Office for only a year? I used to purchasing a permanent version. The more I think about it, this was probably a waste of money since I don't use Office all that frequent. I should have just purchased the full version. I guess its worth the money if you are constantly using Office software. And I really hate Outlook. I wish they would bring back Windows Live.

I ended up returning item because I needed windows office for life not just a year subscription. went online and downloaded that way instead

I purchased a new Microsoft Surface Book and Office 365 was offered at a discount. I already had Office 2010, but was warned that it may not work on the new machine with Windows 10. I actually had no trouble installing and getting all the features on Office 2010 which includes Outlook. (not included with Office 365. Why spend money annually when Office 2010 has everything that I want. I returned Office 365 for refund.

With the sale the price to buy several years of guaranteed updated software was worth it. Extra benefit that it extends to another device!

Now days you have to have Office in order to do any type of business or work at all. I am glad I got a great deal on much needed product.

This version of office feels like a lees than full version of Office. Publisher is flawed when you try to edit a document, you can't. 2007 was much more user friendly and complete. Outlook is very difficult to set up and sustain syncing with iCloud calendar, & contacts. After 2 months, I have not been successful in getting support from Microsoft. I really don't like Microsoft's subscription approach to providing software!
