I had purchased one when I bought laptop from Best Buy. After a week I returned , I didn't even scratched it or took out of the back because I bought another laptop with Microsoft office on it already. When returning they didn't return my fund iv been told I will receive a check in the mail but it's been a month and still no news. 2 star is for the complex return policy I'm experiencing not for the product.

The usual Microsoft Suite, easy to use and adapt. Have only tried Word and Excel to date, but seem similar to previous versions.

Wish it were free. It used to be. Wish I had purchased the individual membership as I will not be putting it on other computers.

Office 365 is loaded with features, but I miss the days when you could just buy it outright and not have to constantly deal with updates and yearly subscriptions. Also, I had trouble getting Outlook to work properly with iMap... it's works great with Exchange and Pop3, but not iMap. So... using Thunderbird until they get it resolved. I recommend Office to friends, but specifically for Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

I love office but when it came time to renew the price tripled I love it but not that much for only another year

Problems with windows 10 Lenovo interface which required customer service assistance. Microsoft was prompt and helpful!

It would be helpful to have a simple easy to follow instruction book although I have used the help feature

Not a big fan of Windows 10 at all! It's very time consuming and I think it's ridiculous that there's an annual subscription fee. I like the older versions better. The only thing that's nice is that you at least get all the Microsoft products when you download it.

unable to install at the beginning, the code is not working. need to go back to store and have it replace

The office suite is great for almost any task; paying for it year after year now is unfortunate. Still, it's necessary.

Downloaded it then it disappeared?? Took me a while (had to take into bestbuy geek people) to finally have use of it.

It was nice to have this product for college with my MacBook. Teachers like to read things in word document form.

haven't really used this much but for what we've used so far it's been fine. not much else to say about this one.

I'm not a fan of the subscription version. Due to an old account I had major problems activating the software.

Well needed program, Not really a need for five system hook up though so kind of feels like a waste of money

Nice features but too expensive. Wife had to have it for school and wish I would have searched for a better deal

Microsoft office is always great. Terrible that it costs so much now and you have to renew every year.

A year subscription to Office that came with a laptop I bought. I still dislike having to pay for office at all.

Prefer MS office compared to Open Office. Only thing I don't like I have to purchase each year in order to use.

Annual renewal is REALLY just a rip-off by Microsoft. I remember when you could buy the programs and own them for life. You only needed to buy new if you wanted to upgrade to the most current program. For home use, needing to renew every year is really not required. Seems to me to just be a way for Microsoft, Best Buy, and everyone else in the supply chain to make an extra buck.
