Tricky Installation

Not that easy to install

I wouldn't recommend if you not an expert at installing programs. This is not my forte so I was dooped. Would have been better to have a disk to install and go thru simply instructions. Wouldn't buy it again

I originally had the geek squad load it, and after bring it twice, I've been told to contact Microsoft directly myself. I don't know more then the geek squad so to date, I'm still where I started to date.
