Tricky Installation

Not that easy to install

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not the easiest to install so I clicked on a link for help and was hacked by a company pretending to be Microsoft. I wouldn't recommend if you not an expert at installing programs. This is not my forte so I was dooped. Would have been better to have a disk to install and go thru simply instructions. Wouldn't buy it again

I originally had the geek squad load it, and after bring it twice, I've been told to contact Microsoft directly myself. I don't know more then the geek squad so to date, I'm still where I started to date.
