I am a novice at computers even though I have been using them since 1991. This iprogram is more confusing to use than any other previous used. Word, Excel, etc. click once to open if on the taskbar or if you save it to your desktop, click twice. OK, removed from desktop, taskbar is faster. Open word, where is the pop up blank page? Nope, no longer available. Now, you have umpteen pic's to choose from and you ONLY WANT A BLANK PAGE. REALLY?! Click on the blank page; next, you want to open your saved document. WHERE DO YOU GET IT? HOW? To get to a saved document in MS WORD... You have to click on so many screens to get where you want to go. You work for 15 minutes to try to find the document you want. OH, forgot to read the imaginary pop up window telling you... "go get our kid to help you figure this program out". Overall, this new program IS NOT USER FRIENDLY FOR NOVICES!!!!

Great product for value. I wish the license would have been longer than a year.

The Office 365 personal is easy to use, but only one year for subscription.

It works okay. Not a fan of MS. Instead of improving office they have not.

Micrsoft is extracting money upon money rather than standing behind its product!

I'm sad for the money I paid for it the software will expire after a year.

Office 360 works great but is way over priced c since it's a yearly subscription

Everything is based on Microsoft products - should be loaded already

THe downside is that it only a trial run. i would recommend for any students.

cant live without it. cant live with it. Its typical Microsoft software.

Now we don't get to purchase MicroSoft products, we get to lease them.

When I went to renew my license, for some odd reason I couldn't. Microsoft wasn't any help, other than telling me to buy a new license, so I bought a new license from MS. However, the old install wouldn't recognize it. I called MS but after 10 minutes gave up and installed Open Office.

Works well because I need word for school. Word should be free though.

Considering the low price, the working performance is totally acceptable.

Still learning office. Might take some classes to become more proficient.
