I would like to see something for fewer devices not 5

Enjoyed the computer and stuff.....................

Got convinced to get one year bundle supscrition with laptop for daughter with mouse bundle instead of buying full license product they said I could return it if I changed my mind. Wasn't sure if she needed it because I thought I still had one more license on an older version. I never openned it went out of town came back a month and 2 days had passed and Microsoft wanted to charge me to return unopened product not out of the ordinary so I thought i.e. Restocking fee. But then they would take product back without giving a refund or store credit because it was over a month, so I'm forced to use the one year and I'm sure in a year they will so kindly offer me another subscription for another fee

Not one of Microsaofts best efforts. Typical though

For the price it should be at least a 2 year program

Now you have to buy the same program over and over again each year. I prefer to own rather then rent! Oh by the way don't ever try to make a payment for windows 10 thru Best Buy, it took me two weeks to straighten out there mess up with Microsoft.

Microsoft is moving to a pay as you go framework which will cost more across the board. Depending on which collection you prefer, student, business or home; price can be high for one year subscription. Better to purchase lifetime access.

I miss the days when this program was pre-loaded and came with the computer. Had to get help figuring out where all the uploads were, and was going to give a copy to my daughter but not if I have to tell her my account info.

Product seems to work fine so far. However, I did not like having to upload from the internet. There isn't a disk, just a paper card. Also not happy that you have to purchase "time" for different prices. Not cool.

It's word--it does what MS Word does. . . but you only get to rent it on annual basis, and that just doesn't feel as good as owning. Yeah, it works on iOS devices now, but you shouldn't need to buy this thing every year.

Why do we need to buy this program every year, why can it be installed one time and be done with it?? Like in the "old days." It is way too expensive. but a necessary evil we must buy. Very disappointed...

I hate Office 365 / Office 2016. Microsoft has taken away many useful features that using the Office suite as workhorses on desktops. Instead, they've catered to be friendly to mobile and desktop devices. This means you have disappearing scrollbars when windows don't have focus (help, context!!), lack of control over gaudy color schemes, utter lack of control over updates, inability to remove recent documents from Outlook to choose mail attachments, etc. Ugh.

It works... BUT! A subscription for office not worth it. Better get the full version from Microsoft or the free open ones like LibreOffice or OpenOffice.

I bought this product on June 8, 2016. I tried to install it on my new computer and it said that it had already expired after 1 month.. Tried to call Best Buy but they were not very helpful. So I tried to call the Microsoft Office 365 hotline but they also were not very helpful. They told me to talk to Best Buy and sort it out from there. So far money is wasted because I cannot install this office 365 in any of devices. BestBuy help!

Microsoft has a good product, however, I don’t like that they are charging monthly or annual fees to use the program. Hence, the reason for my low review.

Anyone remember the days of not so long ago when you purchased MS Office and owned it forever? Shame that with MS you are forced to buy this every year.
