I think the year subscription is just a cheep way for microsoft to make more money! IT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN WINDOWS 10 LIKE IT WAS INPREVIOUS WINDOWS PROGRAMS.

There was no need to add to the bundle since some people might have license already. MS Office 360 is a good product but should be optional to reduce the price.

Has all the great features that we love in a MS office product except that its only available for 1 year. I guess Microsoft is desperate to make more $$$.

Only got this because my kids needed it for school. World keeps crashing. You would think they would have this technology figured out by now.

Installed product according to instructions and it was extremely difficult to use. The whole process should have been very simple. I kept getting messages to go to other places on the site, I was sent to the exact same place at least 3 times then when the process was, I thought complete, and I went to use it I got a message saying that the Site could not be reached and to try again. This went on for 3 days, I finally gave up.

I am not a fan of the subscription. You have to log in to the account every time to download or make changes Besides that it works

I think you should be able to use Office on any computer you have or at least three. Many people have multiple computers.

I bought this because I found the iPad free version of Onenote did not allow me to create sub-pages. I discovered that no version of Onenote (including this one) allow sub-pages. I did not bother to renew my subscription. I don't like the subscription model for software. There isn't enough incremental improvement to be worth it. For the average user, you could be using Office 2010 and still do most things.

I have multiple client accounts that all try to use this product and it will not work on the same computer. I have spent hours on the phone with Microsoft and this morning I found that somehow my personal health information was attached to one of my client accounts. Only use this if you have one account and one computer.

Better options that are free out there. Paying premium for what is free on other platforms

I hate that your are forced to update and pay $$$$. also had to buy a new printer to work with the update.

Had geek squad set up laptop and install. It did not work and would not take the password geek squad used. I contacted windows no response contacted geek squad and was told to bring it back to store which is hard when you are in a wheelchair.

It stinks that MS makes you buy subscriptions or only a copy of standard Office for one machine only.

I could not activate OFFICE, even after I used the 3 security codes sent to me. I also used the correct e-mail address. When I tried to get help online, it was useless,bringing up the same windows over and over. No one on one help, just generic, one size fits all, sort of "help".

I had loaded Office 365 onto my computer using the product key provided by Best Buys. This was the 5 user / 5 computer version. However my old computer hard drive crashed and I tried to reinstall on my new computer and Microsoft would not let me load. They are telling me I have to buy a new version. Beware before paying out big bucks........

I have tried several times to upload to my laptop and have not been able to get it to work.

Very Slow! Expected it to be somewhat faster. Also the Microsoft Word package is misleading.

Still trying to get use to the new office products. It will be great once I figure it out

I could not get it to work on my computer. Very difficult I have an older one on my computer that is fine for me they would not give me refund even they told me it came with the computer I returned which was no good at all. It turned out that they messed up my order. I was told that the computer they gave me was not the one I bought.
