Terrible inconvenience to have to have a subscription. Updates cause changes so that learned ways of doing things have to be relearned constantly. Wish I could have just bought a copy of the software I needed. Plus having to pay over and over again is a shame. If I were younger, I would switch to linux.

had issue with windows 10, i steal working on it, the problem with authorization.

It doesn’t work well. I couldn’t download office program in to my computer. I called microsoft and the customer service people English is awful. I couldn’t understand what they are saying? Even my American girlfriend couldn’t understand them. Make sure your password code works for this

Not worth it. I would recommend that you just pay a little more to buy the one time purchase one. You can use it forever (or until you need to upgrade) and not have to pay a subscription each year. The subscription is not worth it!

I probably would not purchase this because of it's annual fees.

one year subscription and I noticed that it expires before a year

not impressed still having problems installing this on my computer. the product code that is on the card when I put it in it tells me it is a invalid code. so how do I install this on my computer when I have a invalid code

Bought HP laptop 6 wks ago and several times it won't connect via wifi, even though phone and tablet work. Geek Squad looked at it and thought it might be a software problem, which they do not warrant. Min to attempt to fix is $150 or I can send back to HP. Neither is good choice.

I programmed the card to my device and after 4 months did not work and I took to best buy to fix it or return for a different card, they washed their hands...call Microsoft...and Microsoft said they sell you the card they need to replace it... I want a new card!!!

I bought a new computer and aMicrosoft Office 365 Personal, the computer didn't work so I returned it. I coudn't return the Microsoft so I wasted $50 :( There is nothing I can do to get my money back.

This keyboard is durable with plenty of great features. I also like that you can customize the function of many keys so that it fits your personal preferences. The multicolor keyboard lights look great and can easily be changed.

Microsoft products are overpriced and should come automatically loaded on all computers, especially for the prices that are being charged. How can you live without Microsoft Office 365?

I bought a new laptop and this office program came with it. I didn't install it when I found out I would pay every year just to keep it. My previous Office program works good on a new Windows 10 laptop.

This product is great BUT once you purchase office, you should have it forever and not have to renew every year. I'm very upset that what was once free is now being made charged annually.

Returned a Geek Squad refurbished Apple Mac Pro laptop that failed out of the box. I was not allowed to return the never loaded software.

I keep getting emails from Best Buy to install it, but I think I already did. Confused. And I don't love that it's only good for a year.
