Software is great but if you decide to upgrade to family prepare for a total headache. Your subscription has to be canceled through Best Buy and not Microsoft.

While it was a renewal, it also changed my account to some managed by best buy nonsense which changed how I could view my account information. Had I known, I wouldn't have done it this way.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever.
