Although I have used LibreOffice, I unfortunately found that I run into formatting glitches that impede my work. This is easy. Wish it cost less, but that is on MS not BB.

I spent 3-1/2 hours on the phone with Microsoft being transferred to different departments, remote access to my computer 3 different times, etc. The problem was that the trial version needed to be removed before the purchased version would process...what a waste of time...so frustrated at Microsofts lack of good customer service!!!
